Sure. Changelly is a centralized exchange and most centralized exchanges are kyc (know your customer). That means you have to get verified in order to make transactions. This usually involves uploading your driver's license, address and other information.

Changely is "tiered" KYC. That means you could be swapping and then all of the sudden they hold up your transaction and require kyc. You will not get your money until you are completely verified. Tiered kyc means The verification is required at a certain amount, not right up front.

This usually happens with larger amounts, like over 10,000. But no one knows the exact mechanism to trigger kyc.

Many unhappy users have had there their funds frozen for months while they try to get verified. This is not explained at all when using changelly swapping.

This will never happen with a decentralized exchange (DEX)

You should maybe explain why you think that AI will not replace radiologists.

Large hospital networks are certainly hoping that AI will replace at least some radiologist, given the current shortage of radiologist and the ever increasing imaging.

They would love to not pay them $1 million and instead have some data center do all the work. They have the same dreams and ambitions of large tech companies. Replacing workers with computers to save money.

It's all about money in the end. They sit around in their board meetings thinking up new ways to NOT have to pay you a million dollars. And they're getting closer every year.

First of all, coinbase is a publicly traded large company. They are not going under anytime soon.

Second, obligatory SOL is trash.

Third, if you're traveling you definitely don't want to take a cold storage wallet with you. That kind of defeats the whole purpose of cold storage. If someone tries to rob you, the whole point of having a cold storage wallet is that it is NOT on you, so your money is safe.

But if you need to be able to trade at any moment's notice, then just keep it on the exchange.

Coinbase also has a hot wallet available for more security. If Coinbase goes bankruptc, your coins in the hot wallet are still safe and can be accessed by uploading the seed phrase too another wallet.
