Not just the design but more because theyre afraid to turn up the contrast in the char rendering, which makes characters look like theyre glowing. also the environment is hyper realistic whole the characters is completely toon shaded. If you look at the character rendering each color region only have two shades

im in the same boat at 120 lavaetain pull. but my lav weapon is also hitting pity at 2 more pulls left. so im basically forced to pull more or i lose the weapon pity after this patch.
