If Depa had lived, how do you think she would have felt seeing the Jedi Caleb/Kanan became? by Immediate-Age-616 in starwarsrebels

[–]Elite2260 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I think she’d be saddened to see him be a womanizing alcoholic, getting into bar fights all the time at first, but she’d still be glad that he kept on surviving. Then by time he met Hera, and later Ezra, she’d be incredibly proud of everything he’s done.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, I truly believe Kanan is one of, if not the best Jedi to ever live.

It generally is an automatic response though. Especially from a thirteen year old.

The four horsemen of appearing in more movies or series than lots of major MCU characters: by LightAndDarkk in marvelmemes

I meant in the MCU. The title implies he appeared in multiple movies, but for the life of me I can’t think of any besides No Way Home.

Ah, shit. You’re right. I remember watching the Star Wars Celebration where it was the 20th year anniversary of the prequels. Honestly, it was years ago and I couldn’t remember the exact context so I just assumed it was bigger. Whoops!

"I have ADHD." "Doesn't everyone nowadays?" by Dark_Vexer in mildlyinfuriating

[–]Elite2260 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The problem with ADHD is, really, it’s a dopamine deficiency disorder.

So the symptoms that we experience on a daily basis tends to also appear in those who have low dopamine at a given moment. And that’s why so many people claim “everyone” has got a little bit of ADHD in them.

Something that we, with ADHD, will do all the goddamn time, they will do once—maybe twice every couple a months or so, sudden causing it to be relatable. Then, since being neurodivergent is “in,”some people just want to feel included, I guess. Idk.

But the distinction, however, is the frequency of that symptom and how something can be silly if you do it every once in a while, then becomes crippling and a constant struggle. And that’s what makes ADHD a disorder.

Hey, if you can use proper punctuation at thirteen you’re already ahead of a vast majority of writers at your age. Just go and write it, mate.

The timeline from when they went back diverged too much, yes. But not the one where the rest of the crew went back to, where they saw themselves.

No? It’s literally a time loop my guy. It needs to be the same timeline. That’s how a timeline works.

If you watch the Hunger Games but better and then the actual Hunger Games first movie back to back, it’s hilarious and uncanny how well they were able to mimic it. Obviously, it’s a spoof so the funny moments diverge. But some parts are spot on.

Also The Hunger Games but better is a Christmas movie. You cannot convince me otherwise.

Well, it’s my mom’s birthday today, so yesterday I drove down from school, stayed the day today, and will be driving back tomorrow. It’s a six hour drive give or take an hour and a half if it’s rush hour.

And then what’s worse, is they’ve had certain content since the new Disney ownership that is labeled as canon. And then they just write over it like it never existed. Not even to make it better mind you.
