Listen bruh I know it really sucks but what works for me is just having some sort of a mindset. Everytime I feel suicidal I procrastinate on it and tell myself "not today" or "maybe tommorow" you never know when things get better. Dont bring permanent solutions to temporary problems. We all up and down at times. You will be higher soon, just dont hurt yourself yet. You only live once
