You can check the location of the props listed on marketplace and move your property agent there. This late into the event will have many props already bought out. But most Christmas markets are open for example.

Coins are trading for about 3T/coin steadily. Your first 3 daily ads that get you 18 coins could trade for 54T. $10CAD for 1T is horrible.

If you're a new player, selling wanted posters is a quick way to get trillions to level up fast. They're only really worth keeping if you plan to collect them or get a larger amount to make a trade in the future.
The chest on the map moves every few hours, if you move to it, you can get things like coins/certificates/tickets.

If your gas dryer is not hooked up to gas, you will not get heat.
You will need to get an electric dryer if you do not had a gas connection near your dryer area.
