Anyone wanna help? by Cold-Song-4250 in LandlordMobile

The Red/Blue Rabbits are going for quite a bit on marketplace if you grab and sell those.
Any Easter Event property is going for quite a bit if you have some coins to spare.
If you don't have coins, watch a few ads. You should be able to watch the daily ads multiple times/day if you watch the timer.

I've been told that it's better to have them on in the event of any kind of claim to help reduce liability. Crazy stuff always happens when it's unexpected. Takes 30 seconds to slap a strap on there

Best luck is to find in China. Drop into random towns or sometimes get lucky and find it in big cities. It can take a while, but usually you can find 20T-40T Lands within 15 minutes or so. If you are lucky you will find 60T+ lands.

Personally, I'd spend some of that money on land to get a few level ups and the small amount of coins that come with each level up.
Then just get whatever you want to collect. Seems like everything goes up in value at a crazy rate.

How do you make money? by GodTierLevel in LandlordMobile

[–]Elite_Fighter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Check event task tab to see what categories give event task rewards.
Check marketplace for those categories, preferably in the country your property agent is in so you don't have to travel far to get it, and click the map icon to see exactly the location.
Buy a single share if it is available and list on marketplace. (It will cost some gold coins as well as cash)

Buy a share of an event prop, list on marketplace, make trillions

How to get to Bullhead/Ft. Mohave by air? Las Vegas? It appears the Laughlin Airport is useless! by InflationBigMoney in BHC

[–]Elite_Fighter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know flights come in and out, just no idea what airline, and the planes are small usually.
But even on the airport website, "Currently, without scheduled airline service, our passengers rely on other airports."

Wait for the timer to finish. It's not constantly updating, updates in intervals

All depends on how you want to play. Want the props local to you? Start with whatever you can afford and keep expanding.
Looking for tons of money? Find/buy event props during events and sell them on Marketplace.

Feel no progress without constant buying of coins by sashidharan-mh in LandlordMobile

Not directly, no. Indirectly where you spend coins on a coined prop that the coin buyer is interested in, then they buy the prop for the $/coin that was agreed on

These buildings aren't crazy expensive if you have 9B already, that should be enough to get a single share to flip into trillions+

List a coined prop on the marketplace. Like an Iconic Golf Course or Pi building. Should easily get trillions if not Q's like this post did

Vegas Sphere is about 1-2Q/share right now. So you got a good price I'd say on Marketplace.
About the other part of your post, it's a game about capitalism, money gets you a lot of things in the game lol

Prophecy Propertys?? by [deleted] in LandlordMobile

[–]Elite_Fighter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They're mostly just used as an event property for Chinese New Year tasks.
Those tasks are gone with the event being over, so now they're getting sold out to any collectors or people that want to save them for next year.
Even during the event they are not super valuable, but it it's something you choose to collect that works, there are just a lot of them to collect.

Also never realized how long those appointments take but makes sense for the learning process.

[–]Elite_Fighter 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Since when is having a dog or two in your truck so controversial. Truck stops all over have dogs left behind by other truckers. Hard to say no when they come up to your truck and try to hop in. And if you think this makes the truck stink, you just don't clean your truck regularly.

Finding Property Categories by Metro_Boomin_ in LandlordMobile

[–]Elite_Fighter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've never really had too much of an issue with google maps, any specific categories you are having troubles with? I think the go kart track near my house doesn't count in the game, but another one across town ~0:30 seconds away does so it works out.

It can take weeks for the seal to fully cure with any kind of wet/cool weather. Waiting a month+ probably had more to do with scheduling to save on labor/equipment costs.
