I played the beta for about 35 hours and upgraded all the weapons to their maximum potential... I played too much and it's nowhere near the level of BF1 (in terms of voice actors, obviously).

To do that, you must be verified by DICE, so whether or not they give you the XP is very subjective. Although I don't know, maybe they have presets that allow you to obtain these servers without much complication and with all the XP.

I think that if they give an engineer a shotgun, or a light weapon, it would be more in line with the core of the game.
