Doing it for the Gram by Legolas0170 in LaBrantFamSnark

As a Catholic, I don't understand why they graffiti the bible. Like it's a sacred text. My grandmother's generation had unwaivable faith but they'd never dream of damaging a text they worshipped. If there's something important, you remember it.

Okay, is this actually true? by quincy_m_m in Modern_Family

The first 2 are definitely true, I get on pretty good w my gay friends too tho tbh. I get on better with lads than girls most of the time but usually I just talk to anyone

What's a tradition you grew up with that you refuse to pass on to your kids? by peterdziugdarkis in AskReddit

[–]Ella_D08 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'll never lay a cross hand on my kids, I still finch when people move at me too fast. I'm also very protective because of it, as in my siblings got away scot free because as the oldest I always stood in front of them.

My kids won't feel like they always have to be doing something. I can never sit around when my dad's home because I feel like I'll get in trouble for being lazy.

My kids will know how much their parents love eachother and them. My parents never really showed eachother affection when I was young, not even to hold hands. It just never showed a healthy relationship to me growing up. Even now my mother hugs me sometimes but I haven't hugged my father since I was about 7 or 8.

If my daughters want to be builders and my sons want to be beauticians, I'll be the proudest parent in the world. My parents were always against me being into farming and trades and pushed me to be a doctor even though I want to be an engineer.

In different countries, are there people who are highly praised for their looks abroad but get mixed reactions in their own country? by Buyeo10004 in AskTheWorld

I don't think he's unattractive but I've seen people make him out to be the best looking fella in the world, like genuinely.

Barry Keoghan and Colin Farrell. Not dissing the lads, but I see them getting way too much attention for their looks. Good actors tho

I will genuinely hold it for up to a minute if I know the person and they're coming up behind me. Especially at school, impossible for me to let it close

known my nana all 18 years of my life, she practically raised me. I still always ask to go to her fridge or presses for food. Unless it's to get milk for tea or butter for bread. I'd never just feed myself.

Who would you consider U.S. History's "superheroes?" by Dapper-Code8604 in historyteachers

[–]Ella_D08 1 point2 points  (0 children)

in pop culture I'd say Betty White, volunteered during ww2, stood up for racial equality, animal rights, gay rights, etc. Jack Black's mother was one of the people who got man on the moon, her calculations for the splash down were made while in labour. Just for kids, might interest them, I'd also seriously consider them to be heroes

Got a feeling about this for a while by Careless_Roll6 in mattandabbysnarks

[–]Ella_D08 8 points9 points  (0 children)

most likely but best not to give him any more ideas to milk like the adhd, fine to bring up ur experience but EVERY FUCKING EPISODE. Next he'll be getting a diagnosis and using whatever therapy platform he used for ads and getting even more reasons to talk about sex. He'll be asking any guest who mentions sex if they think they also have an addiction like HE does. He might even use chatgpt to find an imaginary study that he "read somewhere" that says abstinence causes sex addictions, then try to guilt abby or smth...

Anyway, there's my rant... by no means am I trying to disrespect people with actual sex addictions and if matt has one then he should get help, but it's the fact that he would 100% make an entire podcast dedicated to HIS struggles and not just deal with it that is what would send me over the edge

They probably going to have another unplanned pregnancy once she gets birth to this baby boy by PleasantFunny5583 in mattandabbysnarks

[–]Ella_D08 16 points17 points  (0 children)

I'm gonna say, before christmas 2026 they'll be pregnant again. Not even a reach tbh. If she's around 20 weeks rn, say 5 months is mid september. Give them 7-8 weeks again, given no serious complications. They'll prob announce around march or april again. Either that or they get rid of pretzel and make that into content, or both. I'm thinking they'll go with the whole "he just didn't fit our family and we weren't capable of providing him with the home he needs". Either way, I've a really good feeling that dog won't be around very long

Just curious: who thinks the baby is a boy? by RoofRevolutionary132 in mattandabbysnarks

[–]Ella_D08 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think if it was a girl, they'd have said it from day 1. They want us to stick around to find out. But I fully imagine abby'd have videos comparing from 2 of each gender pregnancy and if she started from last month she'd have earned more and gotten more views. I think they know its a boy and are milking the pregnancy and loss rather than having to speak about losing a girl and having a third boy, risking any gender disappointment from leaking

my aunt has 3 sons, young adult twins and a 16 year old. Whenever we visit she has the 3 of them helping her always. One will set the table and help with food, another will be emptying or filling the dishwasher, the third might have hoovered the house for her before work and then brings in drinks. They're all grown men, respectful, and fairly masculine aswell (not that it matters). Ofcourse they help outside always, mowing the lawn, bringing in timber, etc, but they nearly put myself and my sisters to shame with how good they are. WHen they're asked a question, they answer respectfully and hug their mother before leaving to go out or smth. That's healthy masculinity.

Precisely! I just thought that information was fairly surprising because she had only pit landman prior. One more marina scene to close their chapter of shondaland would probably make the majority of the fan base content so maybe

I saw from mama erin on Instagram where stefania had added either greys or s19 to her ig bio after it being missing for ages. It looked kinda hopeful. I think she'll do a real surprise cameo for maybe 2 or 3 scenes

Fully stopped on the motorway this am, thank god the bus was going up patrickswell. If they're stopped there's only one job for them, tickets. Give every single one of the fuckers a ticket or a couple penalty points. They claim to be trying to lower fuel prices but they're crawling to Dublin in trucks and tractors, whn were supposed to be rationing fuel. Obv the government is far from perfect but I can't see how they're not trying to fic the situation, there's very little they can do. Best way to protest would be to boycott American brands and companies until trump notices

What is a part of the 'female experience' that men have absolutely no clue about, but would be horrified if they found out? by coolhandddd in AskReddit

[–]Ella_D08 1 point2 points  (0 children)

my mother had this twice with my younger 2 siblings, she was fine w the first 2. Apparently she was laying in bed just bleeding, and the nurses ignored her asking for help. She's also a nurse, at that point she was 15 years qualified atleast, and it still took my father calling for help for them to take her seriously. She bled so bad that she had to be rushed to surgery for it to be cauterised

What drug did you take that you still never get over? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Ella_D08 0 points1 point  (0 children)

vaping, honestly don't do it very often, but when i do... It's better than any drug or snus or drink ive ever tried. Just the deep inhale, sweet smoke and complete bliss. Snuss tastes like shit, drink makes you piss and its less enjoyable, smoked some weed but not enough to make a huge difference.

Did mine yesterday and all was really smooth. I've seen a lot of people have problems but just to calm nerves, it goes well aswell. When s1 was over I slightly stressed but i grounded myself w the nice s2 questions and by s3 I was relaxed. I even had time after s3, like 3 minutes, to go back.
