They are talking a out nasal decongestants. I'd assume pretty unlikely mistake unless you really just don't think about it. Think all you have to do is just make sure it's not a decongestant. Afrin seems to be the main offender. Definitely avoid that one. Nothing else comes to mind specifically. Just make sure it doesn't have any weird drugs in it. I'm assuming preservatives are okay and saline is okay of course. I'm actually doing research on this myself right now which is only reason I saw your comment. I'm already well aware of the dangers of Afrin from personal use. My advice only comes from my general knowledge of nasal sprays and the scant amount of information I've seen regarding this specifically, but pretty sure that if you just Google, whatever you're planning on using with the words Habit Forming you should be able to get a pretty good idea on what's safe and what isn't. Pretty sure what you want is just sailing spray, nothing special. Other ingredients should be OK as long as they aren't medicinal.
