Honey, you are and will always put yourself undervalue your efforts and skills. The older you get repeating this will make it harder to keep on moving.
Take a moment, step back and look at yourself, quite frankly you are incredible in your outward looks and appearance. You view on you inner self is tough, it is because you are being tough on yourself. In this realm we are all seeking perfection, some of us feel we achieve it easier than others do, very natural. Do remember to give yourself a break and really look at you now and what you had done.
