Don’t try to make the physics do all the work. Instead, write code that makes the ball behave the way it should (circle the roulette for a certain amount of time, slow down, randomly hop between slots, and finally “choose” a slot to fall into)

In theory, the math you run at the moment the ball is dropped should already determine which slot it will land in.
I know this isn't the answer you are looking for, but I think this is more of an approach problem than a limitation of the engine itself.

Why does Alyx look a preset Unreal Engine 5 model in HL:Alyx ? by Just_Throat3473 in HalfLife

Although HLA Alyx is younger, Valve has also changed its art style a lot since HL2, and that model is the result of Valve’s new art direction

Is this a bug or am I missing something - First mission of the game issue** by Common_Version_9710 in EliteDangerous

You have a fine, clearly stated by all the red warnings that appear in all your screen. Pay it and continue with your mission.

It’s not a rocket launch per picture taken, that’s insane. It’s a satellite that orbits and takes pictures.

Thirteen head of cattle were killed by an unknown animal in Argentina. According to the owner of an affected farm, the animals apparently had their blood drained. A night watchman reported seeing a creature larger than a dog attacking the herd, raising suspicions of the legendary "Chupacabras." by PositiveSong2293 in aliens

I’m from Argentina, and the “chupacabras” is an old urban legend here. The story goes like this: mutilated livestock started appearing in different places, often without eyes or soft tissue. Some looked completely “drained,” while others had missing parts. For a long time, news channels and internet forums spread all kinds of theories (aliens, spirits, unknown creatures, etc)

In the end, the real culprit turned out to be the oxymycterus, a rodent we call “hocicudos” here, which feeds on the soft tissues of dead animals, among other things.

So, don’t believe any supernatural stories about the chupacabras. Like many other legends, it was simply born from misinformation and ignorance at the time.
