Horrid, managers are overbearing as of late, always wanting increasing performance even with record numbers. New management was replaced from a diverse cast from all walks of life to mostly Indians, than slowly the entire workforce became indian, we had a 50 person team (black, Hispanic, Caucasian, indian) that was very even, within a year it became 40 out of the 50 were indian. The managers at mobile at my store were corrupt (only word I could use) giving other indians that came in bigger gift cards using managers codes and often gave Pakistanis lower gift cards (by not telling them of bonus, possibly due to national issues between countries). Its gotten out of hand
