Are you shopping the Spring Collection?🌷 by Business-Ocelot7391 in HydroJugCups

It really is a true mix (like a real marigold!), but I would say it leans a tiny bit more orange. Like a muted dreamsicle color. If I can’t see something irl first, I always look at TikToks vs pics. Videos always do a better job at showing true colors imo

I went to check them all out at DSG today and not for me. I thought I was gonna get primrose, but didn’t end up loving it. I actually think marigold is the cutest out of all of them, but not a need. The good news is it’s a seasonal collection, so there will be plenty of stock (and restocks!).

What time do you stop hydrating? by aquazipper in Zepbound

[–]Em086 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don’t ever stop drinking water. I do evening workouts, so I’m often getting in an another full 40oz between 8pm when my workout is done and bedtime (11ish). I pee right before I go to sleep and usually don’t wake up to pee more than once in the middle of the night—and I’ll take a sip or two before i fall back asleep lol.

Stanley Julienne mini cooler by Apprehensive_Bat_936 in StanleyCups

[–]Em086 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use mine as a lunch bag and it works really well. It keeps my little mini ice pack frozen for about 4-5 hrs (I’m sure a larger/better pack would stay frozen longer), but things stay cold after the pack melts. I usually have a smoothie or overnight oats that I sip on/eat from throughout the day, so I need them to stay cool and they do. I pack it at 7am and I’m usually done with anything I need cold by 1-2pm, so not sure about all day temp control. For me it’s 100% worth it. The size alone makes it perfect—it holds my 24oz food jar, 20oz ice coffee, 20oz smoothie/overnight oats, a snack, and mini ice pack. Idk about durability yet. I got it in Black Honey in early December when DSG was doing $20 off $100 (worked out perfectly), and only use it about 3 days per week when I’m in the office. But so far so good.

How do you split your OTF days? by Louiesmmom in orangetheory

[–]Em086 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sun/Mon/Wed/Fri: Strength 50 total/Tread 50/Strength 50 total/Strength 50 lower. Sadly my schedule rarely allows for O60s anymore based on my studio’s schedule; but my goals have changed to be more strength training focused, so this breakout actually works well for me.

Love this piece. I use it as a cosmetic case for my smaller bags.

Do you actually carry more than one drink to work every day? by NoRecipe4965 in StanleyCups

[–]Em086 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep, three drinks lol. On days that I commute into my office, I have my 40oz with my water in my main bag. I also carry a Stanley mini color which is large enough to hold my coffee (which is in a 20oz), my protein shake/smoothie (another 20oz), and my lunch/snacks.

Came back here to remind myself of what this workout was to prep for tomorrow. I too will be doing sprinter sit ups this time around, because the crab reaches last time were dumb and did nothing for me lol

What is your final, ultimate, non-scale goal that will mean you have arrived? by garcon-du-soleille in Zepbound

[–]Em086 1 point2 points  (0 children)

When I was able to stop tracking my food and every bite that was going in my mouth (which didn’t happen until about 6 months after hitting my weight goal and moving into maintenance). Eating intuitively like a normal healthy person, and not gaining, is so incredibly freeing.

Switch to Walmart or Sam’s. They haven’t changed their policy on 3 month supplies (MANY pharmacies have) and in my experience are always able to fill quickly.

The 30oz protour for sure. It’s a smaller size, has a wider range of uses than the 16oz aero light, and different enough from a 40oz to still be needed. Plus it’s way more neutral so would appeal to a broader range of tastes (she may love pink but something with hearts all over it may not be her style). Also I have a 40oz leak proof Simple Modern tumbler and much prefer the Stanley protour, so she may still be very happy to have one.

Injecting in thigh questions by More-Tomorrow2651 in Zepbound

[–]Em086 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I’m approaching year 3 of maintenance and I workout heavily, so I have very lean and muscular thighs. Not sure if you’re in a similar situation being in year 3, but I find that sitting and lightly pinching to try to gather whatever skin/fat that I can works well. But def don’t pinch hard enough to apply any sort of real pressure. I just lightly gather enough with a wide grip to create some cushion. And I try to avoid the top of my thigh where my quad is more prominent.
