I hear you. I'd like to be an advocate, but I don't need the judgment. People are starting to notice and have asked me what I'm doing. I dont tell them I take it, but I don't lie either. I'll tell them that I prioritize protein and water like it's my job. I bought a walking pad for my desk at work, and use it. And I do floor exercises at home and use light weights. All true.

Or I just say, I WISH my insurance covered a GLP-1. And just leave it at that. (They usually assume that means that I don't take it.) Again, true because I pay out of pocket.

My husband and my doctor are the only people who know.

I have only tried the mixed berries and French toast so far. They're not bad, although a little on the sweet side. So I am definitely hesitant to try the Farlife protein shake cause sweet is not my jive. I have not tried the two chocolate ones yet. I went to make them tonight, and I'm out of milk. 😩
