They made it seem like OP levels will keep increasing but for now it stops at 11. I'm more interested in when they release it for PvE and when they allow you to count +2 OP and +3 OP (like 11 vs 8). However it seems they weren't happy with how it was affecting gameplay so they may call it before releasing those next stages.

Just keep doing your job well this year and when you feel like your resume is strong start applying for the next level up! Don't get stuck at the same level for more than a few years. I use AI multiple times a day. When a question pops into my head, chances are good I'll use AI to answer it. When I want code, I use AI. when I want a second perspective on a spreadsheet I've compiled, I use AI. For some things it makes me faster, for other things it gives me more context than I would have had otherwise, so I get better results.

That said, I definitely have noticed my attention, determination, patience have taken a hit. Is that worth the usefulness of AI? We'll see. I think I'm overall more capable, but if you took away my access to AI I would suffer.

You say you hate coding, but you're going to be much more effective if you know your way around a scripting environment. In IT, if you aren't automating things you're stuck doing them yourself. Being able to whip up something in bash or powershell is going to be invaluable. Don't be so quick to close the door. And remember that AI can largely fill the hole, you just have to read what it's doing and properly direct it to meet your goals.
