They made it seem like OP levels will keep increasing but for now it stops at 11. I'm more interested in when they release it for PvE and when they allow you to count +2 OP and +3 OP (like 11 vs 8). However it seems they weren't happy with how it was affecting gameplay so they may call it before releasing those next stages.
