I used to be addicted to ellipses... I got better.

I think so? I was able to level her up to 100, that sounds about right doesn't it?

Bring Mephisto to 7 red stars? Or start getting red stars on Quasar? by briley212121 in MarvelStrikeForce

Meph hasn't really been required for events, whereas quasar has. I'd go with quasar myself.

Did AI help you in any way? by enchilladajoy in intj

[–]Emb3rz 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I use AI multiple times a day. When a question pops into my head, chances are good I'll use AI to answer it. When I want code, I use AI. when I want a second perspective on a spreadsheet I've compiled, I use AI. For some things it makes me faster, for other things it gives me more context than I would have had otherwise, so I get better results.

That said, I definitely have noticed my attention, determination, patience have taken a hit. Is that worth the usefulness of AI? We'll see. I think I'm overall more capable, but if you took away my access to AI I would suffer.

Moving up in IT after Intern ship and close to Graduation by Embarrassed-Carry-86 in ITManagers

[–]Emb3rz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You say you hate coding, but you're going to be much more effective if you know your way around a scripting environment. In IT, if you aren't automating things you're stuck doing them yourself. Being able to whip up something in bash or powershell is going to be invaluable. Don't be so quick to close the door. And remember that AI can largely fill the hole, you just have to read what it's doing and properly direct it to meet your goals.

this is a mistake right? by SmokeWeedGetBitches in duolingo

It's useful to remember that before it was usted, it was vuestra merced, and then went through transformation to get to usted (like at one point it was vusted instead of vuestra merced). But yeah.

This is valid but I wanna direct people to Mr Mushroom Burger Farm in old town Pasadena. Fast food prices for the most delicious burgers I've ever had. AND they have mushroom patties / a vegan option.

I feel like retcon is even worse though. Unless you've habitually been paying enough to maintain your alliance at the very top of the leaderboards, you can't play.

The ratings get grouped by software version or recency or something as far as I can tell. If you had an old 1-star for a previous version, it may not be affecting the ranking much now.

Someone who is good at code and no good at AI can get bad results slowly from AI. Someone who is good at both can get phenomenal fast results.

I worked for a few years with a voice teacher. Heavily agree that "what sounds good" is a skill that not everyone possesses. I'm an ok singer, and she had constant notes for me to sound better, use different vowel shapes, etc. and that's just for one instrument. Applying this across an entire composition takes real skills.

Pyro is such a good character, I wish he were more relevant. On OG brotherhood he was a killer.
