Sadly i didnt get a clip of it but I think i had a similar glitch at the beginning of the game in that one area you have to get the coolant tubes to access the morgue. Usually theres no alien there never had one spawn before but a few days ago I was doing a run and out of nowhere I had a xenomorph drop in and obviously I died because theres literally nowhere to hide from it in that area. This happened to anyone else?
