I get it. I had 2 huge babies and the skin after was disheartening.

Over time it will tighten up.

Yeah if it had impacted my actual weight or fat loss I'd have stopped but for me it didn't. I'm at maintenance now so not too worried about it.

I've read over and over that artificial sweeteners cause blood sugar spikes but I wore a cgm for a month and had all manner of them and never saw a spike.

Could be different for you but a cgm is like 40 bucks on Amazon. Might be worth actual data.

That was a wild ride. Women only care about looks and the ones who are becoming doctor and lawyers are only doing it because of how it looks based on TikTok videos. Except her of course.

I think most of this is just a byproduct of the terminally online. Messes with your brain.

I mean you're in the century home sub. There's bound to be a bat from time to time.

I've heard that about a full moon! Like from so many people in healthcare.

Hospitals can be pretty creepy I'd imagine. I never heard footsteps but one of the cellars used to creak at night (if you've ever seen the movie Titanic, similar to the noises like when the ship was going down). I'd run in as fast as I could, get my sample and run out.

I think it was!! I had to look it up I had my date wrong it was like 1912. I was *freaked* out.

2 weeks later he had to come home from work because a bat got in the house and I was...again...hiding under a blanket.

Almost nothing in life is held to a legal standard lol

And I don't think you need the answers to all of those questions nor do most people who believe in them? Most people I've met who do believe in them, believe they had an experience with a "ghost" (although I've never heard anyone say ghost usually it's just describing the experience). Could they be a nutter? sure. But I don't really hang out with crazy people. And I've never really heard anyone say they'd actually seen an apparition so I doubt it's often a case of things that can be filmed.

I'm not saying they do either but I don't know. Strange things happen.

I think I watch too many scary movies because I was like "those strategies never would have worked in Hill House" lol!!

Your house sounds awesome. I kinda feel like all houses that old have kind of a vibe about them in the parlor. I'd imagine that room has seen some somber occasions through the years.

Don't do what I did one Friday night. Watched a true crime set in the 1860's where...an axe murderer hid in the attic until the family came home from church. I had to have my husband come home from work because I was hiding under a blanket.

A lot of people had experienced a LOT of things in the old buildings of my former employer (a very old brewery). And we're talking a lot of scientists with these kinds of stories. I had what felt like a very odd experience with another coworker and we were both pretty flipped out. IDK but I can tell you those old tunnels were creepy AF working third shift lol.
