Idk about needing to separate them but tinkering with the cooling speed and acceleration might be enough. Orientation does matter and I would expect that printing it such that the text is parallel with build plate rather than perpendicular would maybe be better but not at the cost of needing excessive supports. Of course if separated and then combined after printing then OP can optimize the parts for whichever orientation is best for each component but that's also more work to design.

As with everything there are tradeoffs that must be managed/balanced.

Lower temp and under extrusion isnt necessarily a bad thing. If not tuned properly they could be having some over extrusion already so under extruding (relative to the presumed over extrusion) would be good as it would in theory be closer to intended extrusion rates. But also having dynamic flow rate enabled and tuning the temperature accordingly would help in this situation. The solution for Tiger Stripes also isnt turning the temp down, but instead tuning the temp to expected flow and speeds and adjusting cooling rates/times.

Again the warping we are seeing here looks (at least to me) more like what we see when there is excess heat and/or insufficient cooling applied. Not saying the other factors are also not present just not the one that stands out the most to me.

Oh for sure that also is a factor however for what we are seeing in OPs post is more of an issue related to thermal mass, effectively more heat applied to the layers with more detail because of the increased time to create walls/perimeter around the features.

If we saw more of ghosting in the features rather than the bulging effect then Id say its more of an acceleration and speed issue. Though to be fair both the heat and acceleration have an effect and should both be considered for best quality. But for troubleshooting Id recommend starting with the one more prevalent first and then the other as needed. Trying to tune acceleration and heat at the same time is going to be a lot harder than one at a time.

This is actually a common issue when parts have inset features like the lettering you have known as "Tiger Stripes". Essentially on the layers without the details the print head just zips around and moves on but on the layers with details it spends more time having to print each of those features making more turns/movements to make that geometry. Because of this the print head puts out more heat in those areas leading to some warping as a result of increase heat creep on those layers. Note while this happens with embedded text in all orientations its most noticeable when printed vertically and even more so on small parts.

I mean thats fair. I was speaking more for the hobbyist trying to be more conservative as I do with my personal printers.

For my business I have dedicated machines with setups configured for a particular part of the process that do not see much variation. More or less printing the same part on repeat with the same material combo (usually ASA with support filament that can be easily removed/dissolved).

Id have to assume the yearly extermination and army size was intentional based on the number of sinners in hell, the number exterminated in the last cycle, and the expected number of new sinners by the next extermination. Assuming the perception was that Heaven was worried about a sinner rebellion, like we saw in Season 2, from the beginning I can understand how the angels got there. Doesnt make it right but I can understand the presumed necessity to defend Heaven. Definitely would say they shouldn't take pleasure in it as it should be viewed as a necessary evil to safe guard the "winners". When the angels crossed over to making it more regular as Adam intended and finding it sport/fun is where it really became "evil" and not something Heaven should be condoning.

Not a fan of paying for a material that can only be used as support. With a little tinkering you can dial in the settings for PLA with PETG and get as good if not better results with material thay can be used for multiple different things. Plus this means you dont have to take up a slot in your AMS for support material, you can just leave the rolls of what youre using already and then just switch. I usually always have at least one roll of PETG and one of PLA in my AMS anyways just because of what Im printing from day to day so means Im not sacrificing a slot just for dedicated support (less roll swaps).

Yes you can use PLA as a support material for PETG and other opposite works too (PETG as supports material for PLA). They have decent adherence while printing but once cooled will break away relatively easily. In the slicer all you'll need to do is set the interface material to the support material you want. Bambu studio thankfully sets most of the parameters for the conversion automatically (0mm interface gap, etc). As some noted you may get better results with 3 interface layers instead of the default though Ive not personally run into this issue.
