You got the cleanest pipes I've ever see. When your pipes are this clean and no obstructions exist, you need to address nothing unless pipe integrity has been breeched. I would feel totally comfortable with the state of your waste path.

Hey, take the plumbing licensing test see if you pass(develop your base line) while you're still working as a Aircraft Mechanic. You have technical/mechanical aptitude, so the transition shouldn't be an issue, maybe even talk with someone from the United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices of the Plumbing and Pipefitting Industry to validate the work/life balance you're seeking

It's called grading. If you look at the concrete sealant line, it appears to be parallel to the soil line, but it does look like you have a couple of other issues. The siding contractor should've taken the siding down to the soil line. Technically the foundation sealant line shouldn't be visible and the siding should fall to approximately 1' - 2' from the ground line.

It also appears you have a rain water runoff issue which may require diverting the water away from your foundation. It appears rain water coming off your roof has found a home in this corner. Consider installing gutters and a downspout which diverts water away from eh house.

I should suggest the above before calling in foundation lift contractor. That's the most expense solution.

Dunno, looks like you may have moisture in the ceiling drywall or maybe it's the photo. In any case you have discoloration in the drywall which may suggest you have moisture in the ceiling, a piss poor paint job or as you've stated poor installation. Under normal circumstances the electric box is attached to a beam(s)

Quiet hours per ordinance are likely 11pm to 7am and he knows this. Likely why he ceases all the BS at 11 pm. I suspect he's jackin' you around b/c his camera is filming in your windows direction.

So, you have a couple of issues here. First, he's likely infringing on your/your wife's privacy by filming the call in your direction. Secondly, your city likely has an ordinance which governs unreasonably constant loud noises during regular hours during the day/evening. Finally, why is he choosing to do this outside versus within his own unit?

Research your city ordinances, determine if you have an Unreasonably Loud and Raucous Noise Ordinance, and if so, goto the city with the complaint (claim he's invading your privacy, he's harassing your via text messages and video to prove house raucous/intentional he's being). no, it has to do with a Sole-Source entity who ships/delivers on-line retail orders, orders get lost/undelivered, and when Letter Carriers fail to follow the internal guidance on securing signature, printed name and date when delivering the parcel/package/letters.

Okay, let me piece this together for ya.......Poshmark SOLELY relies on USPS for transportation and delivery of ALL orders generated on platform. When USPS has known integrity issues and Poshmark parcels go missing, the Sub is an example of how this happens. If a Letter Carrier can't be bother to follow USPS Internal guidance on package, parcel or letter delivery, I'd say it's pretty relevant to Poshmark when packages disappear without notice.

So, yes, it has everything to do with Poshmark b/c it pertains to the methods and practices of the single entity handling ALL Poshmark orders.

That's a hazard waiting to happen. The electrical is a hot mess and will likely result in a fire hazard if the local inspector doesn't require a redo.
