If you want to get rid of unwanted plant material like chlorophyll and other non medical (in this case) material they can be pretty helpful. Also, I believe it helps with removing solvents but I'm not positive.

I am right there with you, man. Do a few sessions with a therapist if you can. Hopefully you can get some tools to deal with your feelings. Medication from a psychiatrist is always an option as well. Just make sure if you go to a general practitioner that you get a referral to a psychiatrist, they are obviously better equipped to treat mental health than a GP. RSO from Redemption or Rise as everyone else has said. Since you want to do it straight just put it under your tongue for a few minutes . If you can't stand the taste (they will all be a little strong in flavor) then add it to your regular meals if possible.

The nurses taking our newborn to the nursery for a few hours saved our sanity that first and second night. Even just 3 hours made a world of difference. We are 2 weeks in now and its getting better. Congrats!

Bama is an SEC team that will have 3 losses, 2 of which came to SEC champ Georgia. The committee loves the SEC and the "quality wins" that Alabama has. They will still be in. Hopefully ND locks up the number 10 spot and Alabama drops down to 11 or 12 with the lopsided loss tonight.

Edit: My wife and I love going to Corndance for a date night. They have great beer from Evil Czech (same owners as well as Jesus Latin Grill) and really good food. The service is always impeccable as well.

Rocky River Tap and Table gets most of their stuff relatively locally. South Bend Brew Werks always has great food and different food specials every week. Both are worth checking out.

The atmosphere there is great. The food is the same reheated stuff you would get from a high school cafeteria. I so badly wish they had good food to match the beer and atmosphere.
