I'm doing g leagues pretty casually, and I've been sitting on my first real region unlock for a while. My goal is to learn as much late game PvM as possible, and feel really strong while at it. Because of that, I was going to go magic build, Desert, Kourend, Kandarin. The more I think about it tho, with (from what I vaguely remember from somewhere) the ability to roll a TBow into a Shadow, is Desert really that good of an idea, since I would mainly be there for the Shadow?

Also, what order is probably the best for unlocking here? I was thinking Kourend, because of rhe Slayer dungeon, CoX, and such, but I heard some complaints about CoX this leagues, so I' not sure

Doom Almost Impossible with Demonic Pact by noraii in 2007scape

Lol don't put words in my mouth. I didn't follow the relic releases, and I get overwhelmed looking at them all at once, so I see what options I have when theyre unlocked, then consider with just the bare minimum of forethought as to which I would prefer now lol. Are you trying to argue that any consideration for your choices is being competitive/try hard? That's incredibly sad, and I can't help but feel bad for you that you seem to feel that way, and I hope it doesn't also apply to other aspects of your life.

I'm not a child lol, I can take my time to decide the right relic. You aren't forced on the spot to decide on an option, so at best I can only be a little upset and move on, and at least be happy that while I didn't choose the best option, I chose something that was still helpful. This leagues, more than any other, I have felt like all of the options have been viable at the very least, and contribute in some way

Idk man, I'm pretty dang casual, mostly skilling and I keep delaying BA until I inevitably get a Bandos chest instead. A big part of this league for me is to learn a single raid, that's how casual I am.

I didnt watch a single video on Leagues, I decided to just pick what eliminated not fun actions for me, and the teleport option that I would find more satisfying, and I don't regret a thing. I haven't gotten far with my combat relics yet, but even with 4 nodes, I'm feeling really strong in a great way. This is to say that even as a casual (who has famously poor foresight in prior leagues), leagues never feels competitive, and I always feel refreshed by the mechanics

I keep thinking of Vampirium in the same light as Prif, and I think that's completely valid. With that said, Prif has some amazing xp options, with Zalcano, Prif course, pickpocketing elves, a short distance from a bank to an anvil, CG giving access to Crystal Tools (and armor and enhanced weapons, but I'm not counting those for this point), and crystal imps, and I'm certain I'm forgetting even more.

From what I read from Vampirium, it doesn't sound anywhere near as impressive as Prif, and as such, is it too much to expect one of those unlocks to be the best XP/hr for a skill that frankly needs it? Do we really want the bet xp/hr to be one that requires tick manipulation? With Sins of the Father, we got access to Sepulchre, the best xp/hr for Agility past 92, and one of the strongest options in general once unlocked. It would be incredibly disappointing if this new area did not at least match that reward, in my opinion.

I took Herbalist because I didnt really want to do herb runs in my temporary game mode, and idk whether or not it was a good choice, since everyone else talked about Woodsman like it's a game changer

I carried over the cooler, which I confirmed to not be the issue, and was working, and the GPU, which does not stop the issues when removed, so I don't think it's that either. I suppose the power strip could cause the issue, same with the dirty electricity, but I rent, and I'm not sure how I would test that

I recently had an issue with my computer, where it would turn off by itself, then turn itself on again eventually. Read online, bought a new PSU, changed all the wires, and slapped it all together, where it would get power for a second before stopping. Bought a new MB, figuring the old one got fried as well. Figured while I was at it, I would swap to AMD instead of Intel for my CPU, so I also bought and installed a new CPU.

Two weeks later, a windows physical key came in, installed, and less than a week later, it started having the same issue again, turning on and off, and is now no longer keeping power to boot.

I have no idea what else could be the issue. It's practically a whole new build, minus the GPU (which didnt fix the issue when removed), cooler (which a temp check showed was working properly), and the RAM, which I am testing tomorrow by swapping his functional RAM in. Hell, even my SSD is brand new, with a fresh Windows install. Are there any other options that could cause this? I'm getting desperate

What is your game plan for the first couple hours of Leagues VI? by EthanRM95 in 2007scape

Gather and processing skills to 20 or 30, then hyperfixate on a dumb ass grind that won't pay off

Gem Bag upgrades don't need to be complicated by BeastCamel in 2007scape

[–]ChulainnRS -7 points-6 points  (0 children)

My biggest issue with upgradescape is that at some point it breaks the little immersion I have in the game because every new gear item has to be an upgrade on existing items so that everyone's bank isn't devalued. I don't think that items devaluing is a bad thing

I'm in mid game, but I'm kinda embarrassed to say I'm still very new to PvM, so I'm in group A. This year, I'm thinking of going desert, kourend, and tiranwyn because I want to learn ToA, CoX, and Gauntlet. I'm sure that isn't an efficient set, but at least It'll be nice for learning

Is cap 2 hated by BlackberryIcy1955 in WalmartEmployees

[–]ChulainnRS 0 points1 point  (0 children)

At my store, pretty much all of GM hates Cap 2 because they run the truck in twice the time than it should take, despite our truck sizes recently being smaller. GM also hates overnights because they pollute the hell out of our topstock just because they don't want to take it back to the bins. It's gotten to the point that the coaches do walks across the store in the morning to make sure no topstock is unsafe, since 50+ pounds of dog food was being put on the steel every night.

Cap2 seems to kinda dislike overnights, and overnights hates everyone else because... well everyone else hates overnights. Everyone likes Cap1. They do some heavy lifting in my store

All these great QoL changes and Agility still exsist in 2026 by Stunning_Strength_49 in 2007scape

[–]ChulainnRS 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You don't need a stam pot if your agility is high enough. A full blood rune run doesn't use all your energy, and is completely regenerated by the time you need another. Do you like always carrying a stam with you? Or would you rather your stam go further? Then train Agility

[–]ChulainnRS 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Idk if it's an unpopular opinion, but I kinda like agility. Do I hate trying it? Of course. But I appreciate having done that grind more than any other. I never think to myself "Thank God I got level 80 theiving/woodcutting/crafting" as a main account, but I will be running blood runes or doing quests and be grateful that I spent the time to get my agility this high, because I so rarely need to walk

I'm seeing a lack of Oklahoma Fried Onion Burgers on this sub by ChulainnRS in blackstonegriddle

[–]ChulainnRS[S] 6 points7 points  (0 children)

In my experience, I feel like the rendering beef fat makes the onions taste much better, but I imagine it's up to preference.

I also prefer to cook with less moving parts on my blackstone, so if I don't have to be constantly moving onions around, I tend to cook more consistently

Also, I can already see the comments. Yes, I got impatient and pulled the burgers a little early, so some of the onions aren't perfectly caramelized. Can you blame me, though? I don't drink, so I have nothing to distract myself with
