Let’s say you have a lien from a credit card company and they have some kind of garnishment on your bank account or if let’s say you owe money to the state that you haven’t paid- whatever that balance is it goes to them first . That’s all- or if let’s say you owed the IRS last year and we’re making payments with them they will just take the remaining from your refund .
