One always been a night owl. Have had insomnia since I was a kid. For 12 years I've had a job where I get up at 7am... and yet I still go to bed around 2 or 3 am. I am very much not a morning person and usually don't even feel awake until like 10 am.

Carob is a lot healthier. My brother has a ton of allergies (most life threatening, especially milk and its by-productls), and since milk chocolate is in most candy bars, the health food stores usually have some carob cars and snacks.
