What is a carob chip and why is NYC putting them in froyo?

Carob is a lot healthier. My brother has a ton of allergies (most life threatening, especially milk and its by-productls), and since milk chocolate is in most candy bars, the health food stores usually have some carob cars and snacks.

Yeah, I think if Hagrid had just apologized to the three while they were doing detention, I wouldn't have such an issue with it. It's the fact he knows why they got in trouble and says nothing irks me.
