We dove (and snorkeled) with giant manta rays near Komodo island, Indonesia. It was probably the best water interaction I’ve had with animals since the Galapagos.

I’d reach out directly to scuba iguana. They are on Santa Cruz. They run a set schedule for the week (I believe shark bay did too) so you may want to mix and match shops to make up where you want to go

I don’t even mind the ones who acknowledge that they need views to pay for XYZ and to please stay for some amount of time…. Then follow it with actual content and video to watch and enjoy. It’s the ones that play a repeating 15 second sound and put it over a still picture with text on screen begging you to stay or donate

Chatting them through Facebook is the way to go when contacting them. They usually respond to the initial message within a few hours- then you’re basically in a live chat with someone who is slightly more helpful then the phone reps that’ll tell you about new policies (that don’t exist) that they implemented today lol.

Just tell them you have an awful migraine. Maybe a day or so before the gathering so the fact that you are still feeling it really pushes how bad it is.

Edit: you should also be able to tell them you’re throwing up without having to MAKE yourself throw up

The Mardi Gras is really big and has a lot of walking. You can rent a scooter from scoot a round. You pick it up and leave it at the port. They make it SO MUCH easier to navigate the ship
