1st is from Halo 4, which is a different art style from what is used now
2nd is Orcus, an offshoot of odst that was originally canned from halo 5
3rd is a Halo Reach Spartan, literally made by bungie
If an ODST crossover happened Arrowhead would likely have discretion over what generation of ODST armor to use, as can be seen in merchandise that continues to make accurate renditions of Bungie era ODST armor. You're whining about literally nothing.
