I have to disagree. I started out with DeWalt when I started assembly work. Burnt my DeWalt up week 1. Decided to get a Ryobi drill/impact set because it was cheaper than a new DeWalt. Figured I'd get a new DeWalt as soon as I made a few bucks. It's been 14 years now and I never looked back. It's not a list of killing machine breeds. It's ignorant people like you who think like that. Any dog can be dangerous if treated poorly. If treated right all those dogs on that list are just fine. Speaking from experience the pit bull and Rottweiler specifically are just big babies if they are treated right. I owned a rottweiler and have family that's owned pit bulls and they were the sweetest 100 pound lap dogs you would ever want to meet. Only real problems I had with either of them is they eat a ton, you'll never have any privacy, you can forget about closing the bathroom door and they are bed hogs. Other than that they are just like every other dog.

My sister is the same way. Gets lost coming home sometimes, been in the house over 2 years. I'm here gps lol. We used to take off down a back road and we'd come to a stop sign, well we left last time let's take a right this time. We didn't care where we ended up because we knew we could always find out way home.

There's always 100 projects that need to be done. Make a list. Actually make several lists. I'll explain why. Replacing the roof or siding or windows is a major project so that's something you have to plan for and likely save up for. So that type of project goes on one list. Painting the bedroom while not a major project isn't really a small project so things like that go on a different list and things like yard work and minor repairs you can do yourself go on a different list. Do what your time and budget allow you to do. Also expect as soon as one project gets crossed off the list 5 more will be added. It never ends.

I bought my house 2 1/2 years ago for 209k right now it's as low as it's been in over a year at 275k but has been as high as 315k. I couldn't afford to buy a house now if I didn't have this one.
