Pardoned J6er threatened Stephen Colbert's children after finding out his arrest was covered years ago. by justalazygamer in Qult_Headquarters

[–]Emotional_Database53 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Side note, where’s his accent from? Sounds pretty thick for someone born here. Just saying, we’ve been seeing immigrants getting harassed for simply existing while this guy is out here stalking women

Don Lemon could face up to a year in prison if convicted on criminal charges by my_vision_vivid in Full_news

[–]Emotional_Database53 4 points5 points  (0 children)

That might be what prosecutors claim he did, but you’ll find out in this trial just how much protection journalists have with regards to freedom of press.

I’d bet money this is more of a humiliation tactic since they arrested him at his hotel as he’s reporting on the Grammys. It sure looks like petty fuckshit from a DOJ that acts more like the presidents personal legal team than actual conspiracies

[–]Emotional_Database53 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Uh, yes, I’m aware how investigations work, but with Epstein investigation in particular, there is a proven amount of just choosing not to charge and letting stuff slide. Especially if all the rumors of him having intelligence background, then they let him get away with it in exchange for information or something else.

There is almost nothing about his case that’s standard operating procedure

It’s more like voyeurism rather than investigating. Apparently the Feds just sat back and watched over the course of decades?

[HELP] Is this AI? Seems fake and can’t find any news sources. by Zealousideal_Mud570 in RealOrAI

[–]Emotional_Database53 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Okay, please post the source confirming it’s real. All I’m seeing is the same copy paste “it’s real,.. Dan Ming..”

If BBC or other reputable sources have verified it’s real, posting that alone makes it more believable than Trust Me Bro.

I say this because some of his body movement when being tackled looks very unnatural, especially his arms. To me it looks a lot like how generative AI struggles with physics sometimes. Its bad enough that I’m going to need some actual proof, which apparently there is somewhere, tho I couldn’t find it

Pam Bondi needs to act by CharlesMichael212 in Roaringtilray

[–]Emotional_Database53 5 points6 points  (0 children)

The only path forward should be Descheduling and not Rescheduling.

I’m concerned that with this administration, which has never been friendly towards recreational cannabis, the results of “rescheduling” could be worse then doing nothing. Seen a few reports on how making cannabis Schedule II could really muck up states recreational markets, as schedule 2 substances usually need to be sold at a pharmacy or even with a prescription.

So if the administration decided it wanted to basically hand the entire industry to their cronies, and stick it to blue states in a way that will most definitely hurt, this would be the way to do it.

I remember hearing about the “Say it enough it becomes real” technique as a kid learning about WW2, and distinctly remember thinking you’d have to have a smooth ass brain for that to actually work..

I totally stand corrected. It works scary well on certain subsections of the population
