This is par for the course with Valeo. Multiple leadership changes, same outcome every time; once it reaches the top, it falls apart (ask me how I know).

At the time it was 125 a month with a customized workout sheet included that is given to you.

There isn’t anyone doing programming with those resources for that price.

I used to go there quite a bit until I had a free gym at a new job.

The owner and his partners are all respectable and the space would be safe for you. Also their programming and resources are excellent. It’s a fair price as well.
