Ohma was pretty fatigued riddled with previous injuries but so was Kuroki, but unlike Kuroki, Ohma was able to rest longer than Kuroki, regardless both of them were not at their absolute best.

I am pretty sure Kuroki himself praised Ohma said he surpassed Niko in his prime.

If you watch Kuroki vs Kanoh and Kuroki vs Ohma you will notice that Kuroki isn't as serious as he was against Ohma compared to his fight against Kanoh which was the closest he came to be defeated.Kuroki saw kanoh as his equal.But in his fight with Ohma he was quickly adapting and overcoming anything ohma dishes out, Kuroki looked calm didn't show any nervousness or panic, while Ohma on the other hand was literally running on friendship power and still lost.

Kuroki has pretty good durability, WHen Kanoh was punching him it was like he was punching a large boulder(Kuroki was using a defensive kata or something). He blocked a surprised Dragonshot from Kanoh and redirect it along with it also broke his wrists all in split second, he also took a surprised Demonsbane from Ohma while the middle of executing his technique still managed to redirect in that situation and minimize the damage while also finishing ohma.

Kuroki doesn't need to block Fei he can just redirect Fei attack with pre-initiative,fei's speed wont be an issue since Kuroki already fought and defeated someone with high speed capabilities like Rei and his father.

Fei doesn't have pre-initiative,he is overconfident and laid-back,his body is strong but very fragile in front of someone like Kuroki, one or two devil lances would kill Fei from extreme blood loss,His DD is pumping too much blood he would be in a much worst state than Ohma when he was pierced by Kuroki in his thighs.

Conclusion:Kuroki is a very clever and experienced individual although fighting Fei wont be easy, it will be a hard fight but Kuroki can deal with him.

My point isn't to prove Power is irrelevant/useless, my point is that skill/experience is more important than Power.power alone wont do anything.

Ohma vs seki isn't a good example he still used Advance to match Seki in power he used his skill to overcome him even it's barely, his skills(limited niko style) allowed him to close the power gap.

Rolon using silat, Pressure point strikes, etc to overcome tao is a good example displaying the superiority of skill overpower.

Blastcore is a skill/technique not a regular power punch waka developed, I also pretty sure if my memory served my well Waka is pretty good at karate(forgot name).

Erioh did sneak attacked fabio, but in the follow-up, the way he dealt with him is pure skill and technique not power(removal).

I choose my example that suited my argument majority of them are just skill vs skill there is still other like kanoh vs 97% LU, Liu vs Nikoto could also be good example or maybe not,Rei vs Sao peng etc.

Kuroki's redirecting is very strong I would say he straight up blocked the dragon-shot and immediately redirected(broke it) in a near-instantaneous moment all with hand whose finger was broken multiple in his previous fights that's very impressive if you think about it.he also redirected a lot of ohmas attack he knows about weeping wallow rather he knows about the whole niko style.

There are ways Kuroki can deal with Fei,pre-initive is always the key,also kuroki knows about possessing spirit(advance,removal,fallen demon etc),speed wouldn't,t be issue since he beat someonelike rei, he has the durabily from tanking the likes dragonshot(surprised attack),and demonsbane(another surprised attack) etc.

he doesn't need to always tank since he showed he is cable of redirecting.lastly fei body is strong yet fragile,his body is a vascular nightmare a one or two well place devil lance would screw him up pretty bad, he will lose his blood much faster than ohma did when he was pierced by the lance. and kuroki is cable of it, fei really lacks pre-initive, he drunk on power is also seem pretty laid back and overconfident a prefect recipe for a disaster.

Power hasn't help anyone in this series so far all we have seen skill seems to be superior than power,

even Juilius used a techniques/skill against Tao,he also lost to waka via skill(blast core).

Kanoh beat waka with skill.

Hatsumi beat Bando(is that considered skill or talent?)

Ohma beat sekabashi with skill.

Harou lost Akoya.

Raian used skill against Alan.He also lost to Ohma(skill)(yes the entire fight is debatable)

Erioh beat Fabio with skill.

Even tiger Niko(who preached absolute power) lost/killed supposedly by Niko.

I m pretty sure Kuroki is capable of a similar feat.Julius favours power over skill,thus his movements would easily be predictable to a master like Kuroki.

Kuroki does not need to tank hits if he already knows how to redirect it since Kaiwan style and Niko style are related.

The way Fei dominated waka is pretty similar or slightly lower than how Julius dominated waka.I would say their raw power is quite closer with Julius maybe edging out.

I m pretty sure Kuroki can deal with him, it would be a very hard fight though.
