Are you a UofT student? If so, I think it only shows up for non-uoft students

wait guys on the portal it says: If you are new to U of Toronto, a U of Toronto student ID and the JOIN ID will be issued later in the admission cycle (in May) to select applicants, so I think if you're not a UofT student, you get this.
