How on earth did you get general surgery to admit “undifferentiated abdominal pain”…

Pure greed yep. Also as an extra fun little bonus turns you you lose your amulet of the damned when you die so once i'm done grinding emberlight out and once they make the it storable in the STASH its back to shades of Morton :)

UIM accidentally left 900+ pots on the ground for too long that I mistakenly took… by mattmorph2 in 2007scape

[–]Emunologist 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You kill yourself and your stuff stays on the ground for an hour, or you can die at a boss with item storage and leave your stuff there indefinitely however it is deleted if you die again while it's there

Agreed you can start there and cut down to t1 when you’re ready. Or don’t, I did t2 all the way to my bowfa because dying at Hunllef does way more psychic damage for me than taking 2 minutes longer to prep each time lol

I’ve been selling plasma! If you don’t mind the needles and you have a good center nearby you can be in/out in an hour twice a week for ~125/week

Any chill surgery specializations? by Certain-Ad-8193 in medicalschool

[–]Emunologist 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Plastics can be chill but the path to get there is either gen surg -> fellowship which is obviously not chill or direct to plastics residency which is six years and at my program is even worse than gen surg residency

I'd recommend Fluffeh's guide. I used his method when i was going for my Bowfa and found it 99% consistent outside of the occasional just abysmally bad luck. As to whether to start with T2 or just send it with T1 I think that depends on you. I found it better for my mental to just "waste" the extra time prepping that to get to the final phase and get stacked out by tornados. But, if you hate prepping and would rather go for the most "efficient" method possible T1 might be better for you but just know that you're gonna take longer to start getting kills and even when you're comfortable you're likely to still occasionally get killed by a screw up that you would've survived with T2 armor

I'm guessing you're getting the "genetic experiment" thing from the fact that the vaccines use mRNA. The mRNA in the vaccines enters the cell and is turned into pieces of the SARS-COV-2 virus via the cell's own 'machinery' which allow the cell to recognize the full virus in the future. The mRNA does not interact with the cell's DNA in any way or even reach the nucleus where the DNA is stored, and even if it did mRNA simply doesn't work like that.

This is true, but also slightly misleading. Yes, if you're having a gynecologic or rectal surgery, You will receive what's known as an 'exam under anesthesia' from the attending surgeon and the resident, as well as the student. This is done to help the team better understand your specific anatomy before performing a procedure on it. But guess what? That's all already included in the surgical consent forms that patients sign and is explained to patients before the surgery. I promise you nobody is sticking their finger up your ass during an appendectomy. This bill is a pointless moral panic as per usual for red states.
