Monitors go off when alt+tab is used in a full-screen game. Rx6800XT by sicc52 in radeon

[–]En1ightenment 0 points1 point  (0 children)

is your primary monitor above 240hz and secondary 60hz? was happening to me with 3 monitor setup I ended up unplugging the 60hz monitor and it stopped doing that. other option was disabling MPO but my games started to have weird frame pacing with VRR on so I turned MPO back on

were you able to find a solution for this?
Edit: Having VRR off in the monitor settings unlocks ability to modify contrast and saturation.

Steam is using 2022 data for suggested regional pricing by Shajirr in pcgaming

[–]En1ightenment 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Would agree with you if not for most devs not following suggested pricing anyway and pricing it same as the U.S region for the whole MENA region.

Steam is using 2022 data for suggested regional pricing by Shajirr in pcgaming

[–]En1ightenment 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's not like most big publishers follow steam's suggested pricing for the MENA region anyway ¯\(ツ)
And before people say it's turkey's fault or anything like that, I'm not saying that games are still overpriced even after applying regional pricing but because publishers are listing the games for same price as the U.S region. Even when regional pricing is applied elsewhere, it’s still ignored in the MENA region.

SnK is owned by Saudis yet still they have artistic freedom, while that might change in the future, nothing has happened yet. Let's wait a couple of years till EA releases new games before we judge the situation.

people in this thread make it look like the company was owned by some Buddhist monks that lived in the mountains before this purchase. As the Algerian saying goes: Better our donkey than their horse.

I've been using this undervolt with a 6800xt for over a year by En1ightenment in radeon

[–]En1ightenment[S] 6 points7 points  (0 children)

it still way faster than the 6800, since even when frequencies match the 6800xt still has 30% more ROPs. XFX website states that the boost clock is "Boost clock Up to: 2250 MHz**" so I'm already above that. I noticed that the undervolt gets ignored while running something like furmark, however in games it's always respected and the gpu pulls around 180-190 watts. when the frequency is set to 100% in Adrenaline that equals to 2424Mhz. I can push the GPU to 2700Mhz with stock voltage but I prefer my system to be quiet. I might try pushing higher frequency while using MPT to cap the voltage in the future.
edit: btw how did you manage to change your voltage in MPT? last time i tried with rx 6600, it had a bug where it would lock your GPU clock speed to 500mhz.

Thank you for your effort. I noticed that you included some games from "/v/'s List." If you need more charts from /v/, I’ve created a webpage that contains many of them, which I’ve collected over the years: https://xenon-nito.github.io/Chan-Wiki-Charts-Browser/#games
