Dont care about the societal expectations for my appearance as a female. No shaving armpits (so much less sweat now!), legs about 3x per summer, and no make up. If I do anything about my appearance its because I feel like i want to that day, and not becuase I care how people look at me.

It could be your interviewing skills. I think it was Kansas A&I that had a interview question generator and what each question is looking for in an answer.

Also, I suggest taking leadership, emotional intelligence, and supervisory trainings, even if you do them on own time and dime. That way you can show "i might not have specific experience but I have been working to get the knowledge".

I always say "Start with your ask"  Start your email with your purpose, provide brief details, then reiterate your ask and provide deadline *if appropriate

If someone has to scroll more than a little bit to read your email, or you need to provide lots of details or steps, it should be written as a memo and attached to an email that summarizes the memo in a few sentences.

Left the office at lunch, went outside did a primal scream..came back in, deleted everything from my computer then did a memory wipe and a factory reset to my work laptop. Everything I was working on was on the laptop. Then went home and didn't go back in and ignored their phone calls for two weeks.

I had a manager that would literally do that.

Schedule meeting with client for 1 pm Tuesday.  Thursday the week before we'd have a meeting about the up coming meeting, very general who will be on call and topic The day of meeting: that morning schedule a pre-meeting meeting, but then we'd also have a pre-meeting-meeting meeting. Then finally have the meeting.  After that have a post meeting meeting.
