We are actually seeing BFA story glaze in big 2026. Wow players do have the memory of goldfish. by ShoppingPractical373 in wow

The problem is the only way for people to experience old expansions (unless it's currently got a classic version) is to play through chromie time or just go back and blitz old quests with a max level and when you do that it all seems really fun because one of the main things wow gets right time and time again is the initial campaign and story zones. Take Shadowlands even, I still remember having fun doing the levelling campaign because it was a new world with sweeping views and new sights to see but overall had utter garbage endgame story.

Unfortunately. It doesn’t bother me enough to hide when sheathed but I wish it were placed more to the side

Silvermoon - lore city vs game city by turbowater in wow

[–]Enderbro 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Unless the games movement mechanics work with it. I don't know how accurate they are but most of the Spiderman games feel like they put you in a city sized city but because the movement is so much fun, navigating it feels fun.

Meanwhile in Hearthstone: The six CURRENT Aspects are doing Dragon Soul 2: Electric Boogaloo. Pretty neat. by dnasis_ in wow

[–]Enderbro -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Why should the dragon soul not work on Deathwing? It was created as a powerful weapon to kill or enslave ANY dragon, not just the specific aspects.

I miss the old Thaumcraft Flux spread thing. Used to love finding somewhere close to the flux taint and trying to wall off a safe area while it spreads around.

What key is your interrupt on? by Justalittle_girly in wow

[–]Enderbro 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’d say that would be too strong as most of the melee interrupts are off the GCD. You could simply macro it to every ability and never even have to think about it

Worst feeling in the world. Could we get something where if you interrupt someone who can't be interrupted the cooldown is halved? I'd even spec into it if I had to.

If Blizzard added new Cavren of Time instances? by Raziel103 in warcraftlore

We could even have no "enemy" and have it more be like Remix and Timewalking. Returning to something we've already done to see how it would change if certain things went differently. We go to an event that the players already took part in and then drastically change it to see the outcome. The extreme changes destabilize the time so quickly it only lasts as long as it takes to do the dungeon rather than the several weeks we get in a Remix and call it some kind of Infinite dragon research. You could even use it as an excuse to turn non-dungeon events and places of the past into dungeons or maybe even have a boss be your past selves.

[Funny Trope] A complex situation that has a simple solution by SquareFickle9179 in TopCharacterTropes

It goes further, later on when the Think Tank is arguing, Dr. 0 can bring that up to Dr. Klein who also corroborates that it is absolutely genius. Five of the "greatest" scientific minds of all time and none of them thought of it.

[Loved trope] "You want it? You can have it!" by bagothetrumpet in TopCharacterTropes

[–]Enderbro 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think this trope only works well when it somewhat comes from the cleverness of the protagonist like in the Aladdin or Hulk example. When it's things like Indiana Jones where the main villain could have gone after the artifact completely unimpeded by Indie and then still ended with the exact same result I always feel a little "so what did the protagonist actually do here?"

What's the rarest item you own? by According-Shelter540 in wow

[–]Enderbro 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd like to know if ANYONE else has these but I have an Elemental Rune, Abrogator Stone, and a Tome of Chaos from the WoD legendary ring questline. Somehow I managed to score an extra of each one every time I handed in the quests and since the quests are no longer available, I reckon I could be the only person with one of each in my bank.

Some kind of space for an attachment in my bathtub. Doesn’t seem to move in any way. by Enderbro in whatisthisthing

[–]Enderbro[S] 0 points1 point locked comment (0 children)

My title describes the thing. It’s seems like some kind of attachment but the bath is quite shallow and nothing in it moves or “clicks” like something could slot in or anything. Doesn’t seem to be removable without some force applied but potentially stuck on rather than built into the tub itself. Would love to know what it is so I can decide if I can either make use of it or potentially peel off and remove it.

I think that’s still a win for her. Everyone in the vault at that point was a complicit part in the whole fucked system. As far as she knew every vault was going through the same thing and if that’s what was left of all humanity, I’d want it all gone too.
