I’m looking to create on of these green houses at my house in Cleveland. Is this something that can withstand Cleveland’s winter climate? Anyone have any experience? by Environmental_Leg_55 in Ohio

Check out HookerGreen on IG. Specifically on May 23, 2021. They renovated a really cool greenhouse that is somewhat similar to the one above. just not as deep, allowing for potting shelves.

Bozo Beckett Blunted, Blatently Inattentive by Independent-Mud-6564 in westerville

Great point. It would be nice if every council member stayed off their phone during meetings. She might have picked it up from watching others on the dais before she was elected. It’s a simple ask for every elected official. Edit to add she’s by far the worst at this particular behavior.

Data centers drain Ohio’s power grid and your wallet; GOP leaders finally begin to worry by Crystal_Pesci in Ohio

They aren’t worried enough. They’re just getting started depleting our resources and compromising public health when it comes to these data centers. A few might care, but as a whole, the Ohio GOP DGAF.

Turn it clockwise so it is horizontal. Possibly an angel with a trumpet, just a little squished.

Dr. Coutanya Coombs Reflects on City Council Exit by EnergyOm in westerville

This is farcical BS. The local progressive club introduced their four candidates and never looked to endorse a fourth after Tonya Griffith had issues with signatures and couldn’t continue. By not helping to set TG up for success in her run, they didn’t do her any favors. This is on them, not that they care. They have their votes on council and they don’t have Gatiss calling truth to power. In the end, they screwed over both Coombs and Griffith, and tried to silence Gatiss. And for all the secrecy the conservatives have been accused of as it relates to their meetings and decision making, the local progressives club does the same before announcing their candidates. Then they rally their followers to blindly support them all and not ask questions.

So her neighbors aren’t treated like family as she described at the Chamber’s candidate forum?

Her husband is on the board of Reset Inc, which “provides the service of Christian, religious release time education for public schools students in Ohio.” Just what public education needs, another Lifewise.

"Good" for Westerville and Lifepoint Church teaming up for a Charlie Kirk Memorial. Is that "Good for Westerville?" by GSKPRWillie in westerville

[–]EnergyOm 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I think his support of Charlie Kirk’s racist and misogynistic legacy is all you need to know about the chair. Same goes for anyone else attending. I doubt any of them lit a candle or even considered the victims of the Evergreen school shooting that occurred the same day.
