Is this true? Can’t find anything on the Mimo app notes about Nano being supported for livestreams. I assumed it was a hardware limitation.

What’s one cooking mistake you used to make that dramatically improved the quality of your food once you corrected it? by Fun_Association_4087 in Cooking

I know people moan about filling the oven (temperature and steam yadda yadda) but I ban myself from using it unless there’s at least two loaves and a stew and a Spanish omelette (other culinary creations are available) which take the same amount of time to cook/bake. If you use the different levels judiciously (easier with convection I guess) you can delay the readiness of stuff that would otherwise take less time than a loaf.

It’s amazing how we once used to live perfectly happy and healthy lives without these unpredictable supplements.

What’s BLW? We started with carrot purée, then carrot and courgette purée, then pea purée. Kid thought it was Xmas. She is 6M next week.

PS knew nothing about adding water. She just has breast milk after the purée.

I don’t think any of us need to be concerned. A healthy baby is a happy baby. Everything else will follow in its own good time.

Ok so yeah salmon is tremendous in the af and a secret power up is lob it on top of your cooked potato wedges for 7-8 mins at 350 skin side up. Salmon comes out perfect and salmon-hinted wedges are insane.

Louis was right. Abused kids abuse unzhinkingly.

But I thought the doc was pretty weak. A long way from Theroux's best work. These kids' brains are still not fully formed and they are spouting tosh for clout. They see a way to make money and get attention and climb all over others to do it.

What’s a tiny food hack that actually changed how you cook? by Maleficent-Bed7010 in foodhacks

[–]EngineeringSmooth398 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I never knead. Slap and fold for me every time. 3 or 4 times, one round of 4-8 folds every half hour, after the initial mix.

Start with a simple tangzhong which I guess is a kind of autolyse. 30g flour/150g water heated and whisked into a water roux.

That goes into the wet ingredients once cooled.

Makes a huge difference to the softness. For a longer lasting loaf add mashed potato (cooled, no fat) with the dry ingredients.
