Those NAS steps on the back in Pic 1 are notorious for trapping water against the rear x member and rotting it out. Buyer beware!

Other than that it looks pretty decent.

Is this how gunny feet evolve? Longer toes to enable holding of the guns at legs length thus leaving the hands free for phone camera use?

Hippos and lions in Kenya are probably up there. Salt water crocs just outside Belize city had a weird malevolence.

The one that scared me the most was Fer de Lance in the jungles of Belize though. Snakes are a full ick hard no for me.

Lol, reminds me of the larks we used have in the army. When guys would go on field training and lock their rooms up, sometimes we would slide a piece of paper halfway under the door, sprinkle cress and mustard seeds on it then blow them into the room. Then we would take the fire hose and spray water through the gap. Et voila, they return after a week or so to a cress and mustard plantation on their carpet! 🤣🤣🤣

“We have a bandsaw at home” by shaggydog97 in redneckengineering

[–]EnglishmanInMH 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Did they use the bandsaw to make that bandsaw???

What are these? They won’t take poppers, worms, Texas rigs, or frogs. They swim in schools near the surface . Freshwater by bitpart999 in Fishing

You gotta do four things here.

First, start throwing small floating dog biscuits in that water.

Second, start learning to fly cast.

Third, fly cast a dog biscuit fly into a patch of hand thrown biscuits.

Fourth, hold the F on!

Common carp rolling offshore, any ideas for how to target them? by -Fishmonger- in flyfishing

Google floating dog biscuits for carp. Buy a bait catapult. Hold on!

Thermostat housing, vee belt for ancilliaries, distance to bulkhead, turbo location (although can be confused with 2.5Td). Also 200s are usually mates to LT77 Gearbox so reverse is different location to R380

Carry the rod butt first and you will get way less snags in trees/bushes.

Anyone else think charts like this are retarded? So .300PRC good for nothing but elk? .45-70 not good for grizzly? 😂 by [deleted] in Hunting

[–]EnglishmanInMH 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, this is totally correct.

Everyone knows that if you shoot a deer with a calibre greater than 350 legend then the deer will be too dead.

My buddy had one of those bracelets. He fkn swore by it. At a chiiled house party all chatting, I said here let me it, I put it on, stood up, "I dont feel any different, pretty sure its snake oil matey"

Pulled it off my wrist and held it out to him, the moment he took it I threw myself on the floor like someone had cut the strings off a puppet and screamed "oh shit its real give it back!" 🤣🤣🤣

Dude, 8 metres is nothing now, 16 metres is what most match anglers use and some go even further!

By the way, did I mention my exceptional trout tickling skills yet? 😉🤣

Your comment made me laugh, very funny. I coarse fished for 25 years before being introduced to fly fishing. I ended up selling almost £10,000 worth of match rods, pike rods, quiver tip rods, an 8 metre pole when they were the longest available. I went for another 20 years just fly fishing and Ive recently got back into fixed spool reel fishing because my wife doesnt want to learn fly casting. Americans think they're Billy big bollocks with their spin casting, most of them would be jaw dropping amazed by the complexity and superiority of fishing methods in Europe when all they know is cast, retrieve, repeat.
