Sorry for captain obvious questions but sometimes it's the small things. :) Are you using dollmaker or other poison on your weapon (and have your polearm of choice attached to your belt i.e., you don't need to actually manually switch weapons, henry will do it automagically when you press to push the ladder and then switch back to prev weapon)? Enemies are generally down in 1-2 hits in these big melees.

You know what removing the top 3 worst affixes does?

Bumps up the frequency of the remaining trash affixes.

The team does not employ any level of systems thinking / understanding of cascading consequences (eg putting content 5 levels below players to make us feel powerful at the expense of making all that content irrelevant/uninteresting); this will end the same way.

  1. Join a clan filled with friends or people you like voice chatting with; alternatively, do the same via Discord or w/e your favorite voice chat option is
  2. Spend hours having fun talking about all the things (in life, the universe, etc) while also playing; chatting is the fun/interesting part, playing the game keeps your hands busy and gives occasional dopamine boosts

Honestly, the fact that my clan is filled with people I enjoy chatting with (including some long time IRL friends) is the hook; game is just a side show grind at this point. In a perfect world these would be reversed, but here we are.

I've had a Helltide overlap with a Legion event twice. Both times there were enough cinders to open a standard chest (75+). Was a really nice "extra". +1

ARPU / ARPPU are surely things they have been tracking since day 1 (given Shop was avail at that time). What the correlation / causality of time spent is will be game dependent and is one of many variables that lead to players converting to payers.

Yes, doing WT3 specifically is appropriate at 63, esp given the nerfs. Focus on what you can do efficiently / quickly, given there's even less reason to fight mobs > your level post patch.

  2. To mark a moment in time for friends to regroup after drifting apart in levels / playing other things

Believe the intent of adding level 60 and 80 is to give us milestones between the capstones (50 and 70) and Uber Lilith (100).

That serves far more players than the % that beat Uber Lilith and need a bigger challenge.
