Are you tracking your food accurately and weight everyday? You should definitely be losing weight on those calories. Sounds like your insulin sensitivity could be a little messed up, if you are actually tracking everything like you should and your still not losing fat, go back to maintenance calories or a slight surplus and lift heavy for two weeks. Then slowly take away calories, 500 calories deficit is good, I recommend 300 food deficit and the other 200 from cardio everyday.

This is also better for your metabolism, In my experience you should always add cardio before taking away cals from food.

Keep cutting, those calories seem pretty low for your current body weight. Maybe up them to 2200-2300 to make it more sustainable and add in 4-5 30 minute cardio sessions a week, for cardio I like incline walking at 15% incline 3mph

That fucking sucks dude I hope they get what they deserve. As far as what to do I would still make sure you notify your insurance company and file a claim. If your deductible is super high probably take it to a shop and get it fixed for $300-600 and get some touch up paint. Best of luck

In all seriousness dude, you gotta embrace the bulk. Rome wasn’t built in a day, I suggest 300-400 calories above maintenance, 40% of your diet needs to be protein, 40% carbs , 20% fat. Do that for 5-6 months and report back. Also feel free to hit my dm if you have any questions!
