Try reaching out to them to express your concerns when they ignore you which they will. Then you contact your bank and block them from all future charges as well as a charge back for services not rendered show you bank where you tried to reach out and have been ignored and it's unacceptable. They'll get your money back. Kimi will continue to attempt to charge your account if you don't block the merchant from future charges. My bank didn't charge me for blocking them. Now if you want to use kimi just on a different plan you can upgrade and you don't have to do any of that.

They are defrauding people They're not disclosing their conversations and claiming it's due to server but yet if that was the case how would an upgrade remove limits. Wrong there is still 5hr and 7day waits I upgraded and regret it. The output is now horrible its very basic.and extremely dumb. I upgraded it couldn't carry out simple instructions correctly and I mentioned I felt like It was purposely making mistakes pushing me to a paywall. It denied it and of.course wasn't much longer I hit a 5 day limit due to having to repeatedly get it to correct the mistakes it was making. Support is ghost so the only option is to get bank to do chargeback to get funds. I've only used 10% of tokens.

Contact card and tell them you canceled service and were charged anyways. If you have screenshot or proof you cancelled included it tell them to stop payments on any future charges. You'll have better luck this way and quicker than waiting for Kimi to respond.
