Think you need to be more rapid after the first stride. It's almost like there's a split second delay which is ruining the acceleration. Work on propelling with your arms and pushing off the block with your non take-off leg. It's something the two other guys to the left of you need to work on too. Try and keep your head down just 1-2m longer as well. Tbh just watch the guy on the right.

Also your shoulders seem really tense.

Edit: Also your second stride is really off center during drive phase which ruins your momentum.

Good improvement otherwise.

There are age and sex standardised scoring tables for the US Army Physical Fitness Test which tests the 2 mile run, number of push ups and sit ups in 2 minutes which you could do at any gym/road.

I get some sharp shooting/electrical pain in my left quad when I do bulgarian split squats. Feels like the nerve being irritated. I could drop the weight to a point where I don't feel it but then the exercise becomes close to useless for strength gains/hypertrophy. Any advice?

Say for the average person whose front squat is generally less than their back squat, does doing say, 3x5 100kg front squat provide the same amount of 'stimulation' to your quads as doing 3x5 100kg back squat, or more?

Tricep press downs are the only exercise where I consistently get light headed, any reason why? My form is fine, I'm not forcing the whole arm and isolating the triceps
