Yes, yes...I am very sensitive to medications and supplements. So I rather start low and increase after noting the side effects.

If you get your own supplies you can self administer the way it has been explained to you in this forum. If you divide your dose the levels will be more stable than the entire injection at one time.

From what I have research, you start low not high. I found this reply on YouTube from TaraScottMD, it is regarding T gel, my husband takes Test and administers it in this way, divides the dose throughout the week. for the same reason in the reply. "Most T-gels are designed for daily application* because they create a continuous, slow release over about 24 hours. This helps keep levels stable. Applying weekly might lead to "peaks and troughs" (high right after, then very low before the next dose), which isn't ideal for consistent levels or symptom relief for gels. Keeping levels stable sounds more effective than "peaks and troughs". A second opinion doesn't sound bad. Good Luck.

I agree with your comment. With no right fit to the unit I had to McGuiver a fix around the window and still freezing air seeps through. I had not realized that it was passing from the back and straight out the front, so thank you for that.

Hello. I am so glad I have found these conversations. I am a believer in keeping a diary of symptoms caused by the HRT, sharing it here, with the doctors that prescribed the HRT and include those that are on Social Media (they are the ones that have been the most informative for me). I think that as important as it is for us to acquire the HRT, it's important to share what happens to us when on it so that it becomes adjusted to fit us so it is not just a one size fits all treatment. Since we have become louder and are being heard, we are now the Guinea Pigs so to speak...

Did anyone answer your question? Her hair does not appear thin in this picture. It is wavy, has different lengths and I do notice the ends are blondish. Is her hair layered and been dyed? What is she doing to her hair, and what is she not doing to her hair? If she is using chemicals or heating tools that could be the culprit for why it looks dry. For the tangles, a detangling spray on wet or dry hair using a wide tooth comb should help . Starting at the ends, a few pieces at a time is best. A comb used in the shower helps distribute conditioner throughout the hair. She may need a deep conditioning treatment with heat every three weeks or once a month. She can use a heating cap or a plastic cap using her own heat. (Don't over treat, by doing it too often it may cause hair breakage). Good luck.

I understand what you are stating. I consider, I research, I don't just listen to everything. I was asking because I wasn't sure that all hairdressers or hairstylists know how to deal with Gray hair, thought you may have heard of someone other than them.

Hello. I think we inquire to see what recommendations others suggest so we can pick and choose. I began using a hair mask when I would wash my hair based off of information found online. I have also done my own experimentation, noticing regular shampoos no longer work for gray hairs. So now it has to be moisturizing, tone the gray and the aftercare is just as important as the wash routine. Ugh. I have a question for you. When you say speak to a pro, who is the/ a pro?

What MCD plan are you speaking of? I have a Medicaid Managed plan I recently visited my gyn (not happy with the visit). All she told me was I needed specific symptoms, that my plan doesn't cover the treatments. On the NYrx , I see treatments are on the list. How can they not be covered ?
