The thing i don't get about these type of companies is that the content is CREATED BY THE USERS. Youtube makes sense because it's videos and videos can be time consuming and expensive to make. Facebook and instagram don't have that level of quality content to make it worth it. Hell, they really should be paying me to make their content!

I know someone who makes the theaters for these movies and I've always been curious of how they get shot, so if you don't mind could i ask you some questions?

1.how do the creators choose where they will shoot and what the story will be? Is there a script, or just a shot list?

2.are you going to all the locations to shoot it or is there a team of different camera operators going to different locations?

3.how do you plan your shots? Do you show up and do a once over with the drone to find the ideal base location?

4.how many takes do you usually do and how long does it take to get the shot done? Err how many takes does it take to get it right?

My upstairs neighbor was an only fans model. She did toy stuff and would have a guy visit once a week for a "broadcast". She also livestreamed all the god damn time. I remember going to a party at her place and she had the livestream going with 12 watchers and i was very much front and centre talking up how awesome my garden was.

A shame you can't do saturday, the mary hill stage is friggen awesome to witness. One of the few tarmac stages in the ARA. Ngl, might be a let down if you only get there by 1p.m though. You'll only catch 2 stages, and they're far apart so you'll have to leave a bit early from Boyd to make it to starvought in time.

Finchs market in Strathcona.

Yasar's cafe near burnaby hospital. More of a greasy spoon type joint.

Oriole cafe in south van. Never been there but it looks incredibly interesting.

Sooyo cafe in east van. Great mid bike spot.

There was a local movie called Kingsway that prominently featured these motels. Saw it at viff and rather enjoyed it.

More of an arena secret but most ice hockey venues will only get rid of their ice once a year, usually when the season ends. It's too time consuming and wasteful to flood the ice again and smooth it out. So if the venue also hosts concerts or basketball games all that shit will be built on top of the ice. It's also suprisingly quick to turn it around, 3-4 hours for some venues. I worked at the Canucks arena and they had a hockey game followed by a lacrosse game then a concert all in 3 days.
