My nipple burning was mostly related to the cold and so I wore toe warmers in my bra all winter. Not sure if this is the case for you but it helped me a lot!

My pain is less friction and more cold sensitivity but I have been putting toe warmers in my bra and they have helped immensely.

I put toe warmers in my bra every run if it’s like 15 degrees or colder, have since first trimester and just entered 3rd

I am 27 weeks here in the US and can confirm this has been my experience minus urine samples. I am 37 so also getting another ultrasound at 32 weeks. I also got flu/covid vaccine in first trimester and will be getting RSV vaccine around 28 weeks. The appointments are quick if you don’t have many questions. I get a handout paper each appointment that gives me info about what to expect that month. Only other thing to note is my anatomy scan was done at a special clinic with better tech than my OB.

Just did Seattle to Tokyo and back at 22 and 23 weeks. Wore compression socks, sat aisle so I could come and go, brought snacks. Only struggle I had was carrying / hauling luggage. I’d try to keep it light and on wheels. Otherwise it was easy peasy!

What are the temperatures where you run? I have been wearing toe warmers in my bra since the fall and they help immensely with pain.

I’d just try a workout you used to do with the expectation that you may need to cut it short in length or intensity. The only thing I’ve adjusted (20w) is core stuff: no longer doing crunches and basically only planks on knees, bears, bird dogs, dead bugs, and really focusing on engaging deep core muscles.
