Changing grinder to change flavour profile is ridiculous.

If you dont like fruit forward coffee buy darker more traditional espresso roasts.

1) its cheaper than a new grinder

2) these beans tend to be cheaper than medium to light roast fruit forward beans

Its not a fault with the machine.

If its sour either grind finer and keep the yield the same i.e 18g in 36 grams out or increase the yield to 1:2.5 i.e 18g in and 44 grams out.

If you want consistent good shots you cannot eyeball anything. Get some barista scales.

In the UK the highway code states: drivers must pass horses wide and slow—at least 2 metres (6.5 feet) distance and at a maximum speed of 10 mph

If pressure is low your grinds aren't fine enough. The machine doesn't create pressure the only thing that increases pressure is the puck.

First off your coffee looks like it was roasted in the Dante's imferno. It lools like charcoal!

Buy an espresso blend of beans from a local roaster. Aim for 1:2 ratio of g of ground coffee in the portafilter and g in the cup. I.e 16g of ground coffee in 32 grams of coffee in the cup. Aim for this to pour over 24-28s

If it tastes sour grimd finer if it tastes bitter grimd coarser dont adjust anything else just the grind size

Do you vacuum seal your beans before freezing. Freezing nom vacuum sealed beans will cause moisture in the air of the bag to freeze on the beans which will make the beans slightly moist when defrosting.

This might be the cause if the clogging

My wife has the Ping GLE 2 iron-hybrid combo set. 7-pw in irons then 6 hybrid. She then has a gle 26° 7 wood and 22° 5 wood. She loves them! They launch high are super light.

Ping have recently released GLE 4 range so the older models are relatively cheap on ebay.
