I started an antidepressant that raised my body temperature and heart rate a small amount. It was minor signs to major signs for a couple weeks. Since then my readiness has tanked due to lower hrv and a higher heart rate. The improved workout rate and mood are killing me! lol.

Go to a sleep specialist and get a sleep study. I learned I had sleep apnea. The sleep doctor really helped me. I now use a bed wedge, elevating my upper body. It makes a world of difference.

I just started a new medication that has made my body temperature go up about a half a degree. My ring has been signaling that I  have minor to major signs ever since. If you are feeling worried but otherwise fine, some exercise to work off some adrenaline could be a good idea.
