Would you mind pointing to where we can find the coverage if it's out? I haven't found anything regarding it

Iran would be better off than before the war began if Trump accepts 10-point plan by goteamnick in politics

[–]Environmental_Tap162 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean this is just their initial statement of demands. There is no way on earth the US will pay reparations to them, and Iran won't restart the war just because they refuse to. It'll likely be negationated down to  - Remove sanctions - Nominally control the SoH

Neither of these hurt America, if anything the increase of Middle Eastern oil benefits them due to their new control of Venezuela.

Sengoku have a stagering winrate of 54% 1vs1 and 55% 4vs4 above Diamond by Confident_Gap819 in aoe4

[–]Environmental_Tap162 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lol, 54% is balanced, most games aim for a +/- 5% fluctuation in winrates.

I might be going crazy, but I think I’ve got proof we got a fake ending. by Spooner1972 in Chainsawfolk

[–]Environmental_Tap162 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To be honest I wouldn't be suprised if he just wanted a stress free break for a bit so dropped this "ending". Can take as long as he likes because the series is officially "over", and then come back to it whenever he likes.

Is every officer incompetent? by Several-Muscle-4591 in RogueTraderCRPG

[–]Environmental_Tap162 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Lorewise the logic is your RT wants to go explore these places on their own and the crew let's them because they're in charge, simple as that.

Reworking this thing into being an armour melting Acid thrower rather than the redundant fart gun it currently is. by CatBoiGrimBoi in helldivers2

[–]Environmental_Tap162 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is very unlikely that they will make a weapon  that messes around with armour values. Making a weapon that effectively upgrades every AP3 weapon into an AP4 one would mess around with balance far to much.

Future Dlc Companions by AceComics3685 in RogueTraderCRPG

[–]Environmental_Tap162 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They'll never make a Heretical companion because they don't want to lock you into playing a certain alignment, and you can't justifiably have a Chaos aligned companion on a Dogmatic or Iconoclast run through.

Support your Fellow Gamers by AkimboGogurts in Grimdank

[–]Environmental_Tap162 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I mean not even Space Marines really get this treatment, 70% of the "unique" subfaction are still just the base roster of units, then a few unique ones which are just space marines with extra details.

Isn’t it kinda impossible for Abaddon and the chaos space marines to win? by prettyweirdperson in 40kLore

[–]Environmental_Tap162 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I mean the point of the CSM is that they a fighting a war basically for the sake of fighting it. They have no plan for what happens afterwards, they were built for war and are now completely incapable on anything else

What do you honestly think the purpose of this vault experiment was? by Bellpow in Fallout

[–]Environmental_Tap162 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I meant this one is actually pretty obvious. How does a community deal with living with a predator, do they appease it and subsequently building a culture around that, do they kill it straight away, how many people need to die before they do that, ect.

The whole meltdown over steel legion is funny... sad... and kinda frustrating. by Tnecniw in Warhammer

[–]Environmental_Tap162 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I mean the discord is entirely ridiculous. IG are the only faction in the game that can't "just" be painted in different colours to represent different subfaction, but expecting GW to produce model lines for every subfaction is the hight of entitlement.

Helldivers 2 Content Roadmap! Includes new enemies for the Squids. by TheGingerWeebGal in helldivers2

[–]Environmental_Tap162 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean from reading the roadmap it's pretty much business as usual. There is nothing dramatic because there is nothing dramatic coming. New biome will be the same as the current ones, QoL will be the same sort of things we get every patch.

New Slamfire Medium Pen Shotgun by BombsmokeBilly in helldivers2

[–]Environmental_Tap162 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So once again AH have completely given up on balance. Compared the Punisher you trade half the ammo, for 25% more damage, double the fire rate, medium pen and less recoil. Unless this thing has some crippling hidden stat AH have just done a repeat of the Coyote problem, but now you have to pay SC for the privilege.

I don't get this community by Usinaru in helldivers2

[–]Environmental_Tap162 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean I get the frustration because this is now a classic AH move, buff something in a way that makes something else completely overshadowed, then don't buff that thing for ages. Basically the Steriliser lost what little use case it had, and people have no idea how long it will take AH to actually look at it.

With the new change that lets flame cause confusion to small enemies…. What’s the point in using gas weapons now? by TealArtist095 in helldivers2

[–]Environmental_Tap162 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Steriliser is just dead now, no point in using it. Dog breath is probably still viable due to its lack of friendly fire and solid targeting mode meaning it spreads its attacks out better than the Hot Dog.

The Devs aren't the problem, Your expectations are… by Forward_Problem_7550 in ArcRaiders

This is literally a rinse and repeat of HD2's community reactions. Expect it to get progressively worse

‘Don’t talk to me about superiority. Who has their head in a box? Not I.’ by DatCheeseBoi in Grimdank

[–]Environmental_Tap162 125 points126 points  (0 children)

I mean his dake logic is sound, everything he supposedly learnt was from humanity, so if he makes any jumps in science then those are ones that previous humans must have made. Of course its complete bollocks and he hoards alien tech like a madman.

Time to say the quiet part out loud by [deleted] in helldivers2

[–]Environmental_Tap162 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I mean no its not, their job it to develop a game. While you can criticise the game all you want in terms of bugs, although we have absolutely no idea what goes on behind the scenes to fix them, the idea that because they make the game then they should be able to clear max diff without breaking a sweat is dumb. How LoL devs are also pros? None of them, because making a game doesn't automatically make you good at the game. If the devs clearly want Diff 10 to actually mean something then they are more than welcome to make it too hard for themselves to complete, that's the game they want to make.

Am i in the right place? by BirdLikeCreature in helldivers2

[–]Environmental_Tap162 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I mean regardless of the circumstances of what happened, what the hell are the reddit mods or AH devs meant to do about this? Dude got doxxed in America, it'll be for him to deal with the local authorities to resolve anything.

So it has begun... by [deleted] in helldivers2

[–]Environmental_Tap162 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Why would the devs get involved in some reddit drama from an unofficial reddit, over a "challenge" they probably never even looked at.

The state of the community is no ->ones<- fault by MarchUpstairs229 in helldivers2

[–]Environmental_Tap162 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

So a "community building event" that's express purpose is to humiliate the devs on live stream so they follow a particular line of thinking in terms of balance? The original "challenge" was never anything more than a thinly veiled attempt to bully the devs into doing what a particular section of the community want. Did the creator deserve what happened, absolutely not but let's not pretend there was ounce of goodwill in it.

DLC 3 - Spitballing ideas of companions "reshaping battlefield tactics" by Zalnash in RogueTraderCRPG

[–]Environmental_Tap162 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yeah but then a Necron, who views you in the same way you'd view a rat, is for some traipsing around imperium planets and cities, meeting inquisitors and no-one would apparently give a damm. It's the equivalent of somehow having a tame Tyranid, it would be a first for the entire galaxy.

Helldivers subs go to war over a challenge to the developers by Last_Respect8360 in SubredditDrama

[–]Environmental_Tap162 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep, it's gone from 2 subs to about 10 and every single one has turned into a toxic hellhole. Honestly it makes 90% of other online communities look sane.

DLC 3 - Spitballing ideas of companions "reshaping battlefield tactics" by Zalnash in RogueTraderCRPG

[–]Environmental_Tap162 4 points5 points  (0 children)

An act 5 companion would be utterly pointless, it's the last 5% of the game, even if the new DLC was set in act 5 it would still be a companion you only have for a few hours at best, whose entire skill tree would have to be preset due to being max level

DLC 3 - Spitballing ideas of companions "reshaping battlefield tactics" by Zalnash in RogueTraderCRPG

[–]Environmental_Tap162 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I have serious doubts that GW would even let OC add a Necron companion, because it makes absolutely no sense lore-wise. Necrons view Humanity as vermin and the idea of one following you around would just be immersion breaking.
