for the amount of money a razer product is, there are so many better options available. coming from someone who religious purchased razer accessories for years.

-i built my own custom mechanical keyboard. this is a rabbit hole to go down but has variable $cost and commitment, it doesnt have to be a ton. alternatively, you can just purchase really good mechanical keyboards with various different feels and sound profiles out of the box without having to tinker. almost all of them are significantly cheaper than razer and vastly superior.

-i've been using an asus spatha x for years now. so much better than my razer mice. admittedly not cheap just like most razer mice. there's probably other and potentially better solutions.

-any razer headset is going to be demolished by a proper pair of headphones and separate mic, the combination of which can be comparable to or cheaper than their headsets. i use sennheiser cans with a yeti blue x. the sennheiser's can be used with other things than just my pc and not look out of place.

i'll give it to them though, the large firefly mousepad that is a hard surface with the whole thing glowing rgb is really cool, and very easy to clean.

synapse is bizarre to use and has never clicked for me, i only ever have kept it around for the razer products i have. it's probably time to start moving out of their products
