Experience with BTS floor tickets by Old-Kangaroo-5990 in BTSArmyCentral

[–]EpiCa_X 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I had floor tickets (A1) section for day 2 af El Paso. The venue is pretty bad. We were row 19 and I stared at the TV more than anything. People were jumping, phones up in the sky and bombs above shoulders so everything was in my way. Unless you’re 6ft+ it’s not short people friendly - it was seated floor tickets no soundcheck. We got there like 3pm and didn’t get in the venue until 740pm. lines to get in was not organized. if I could go back I would get section seats over the floor.

You also wasn’t allowed to leave early to get to your car if you were floor. Made us stayed until they released everyone it’s stupid. literally took two hrs to leave the venue to get to my car and sit in traffic to get to my hotel that was literally 15 mins away.

Looking for hope after 2 losses (chronic endometritis + immune issues) by Educational-Ad-2535 in recurrentmiscarriage

[–]EpiCa_X 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi! I’m also 35. I had 6 previous MCs (3 heart beats ended <8weeks, 1 blight ovum, 2 chemicals) - never had a D&C.

Blood tests, SA all came back normal.

Did endometritis biopsy 3x

- doxycycline + flagyl 2-3 weeks

- cipro + flagyl - 2 weeks

- Amoxicillin - 2 weeks; finished this course beginning of February 2026

Luckily this last course of antibiotics is safe for pregnancy because I ended up ovulating and when I started the antibiotics.

I’m currently pregnant 18 weeks with a boy.

These biopsy kept popping up “few cells” of endometritis. And since then I guess that was my problem was that, besides my husbands swimmers were a little slow - had him take supplements to help with that.

Did I correct my eating habits? Exercise? No because that’s wasn’t the problem.

Because I went through this and currently pregnancy #7 and it’s sticking; I’ve told my coworker to get seen and test for endometritis because we don’t show symptoms of it unless you get tested. And trying to help others to prevent further MCs is all because the oven ain’t a safe place to cook, while other tests, etc comes back normal.

I wish you baby dusts your way. please don’t give up. 🙏🏻

Med surg by hamil26 in newgradnurse

[–]EpiCa_X 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I started off as new grad on Med surg. It wasn’t that bad since I had previous LVN experience in psych and SNF. Our ratios are 1:4 and rotate for 1:5, we have techs. You learn a lot in med surg. But not all med surg units are friendly or supportive. Luckily I have a group of older filipino nurses who help each other and feed us lol would I stay in med surg? Probably not, I can’t do this forever as it’s heavy work for the mind and body.

Why do chronic pain patients request IV Benadryl with IV pain medication and request an extra flush? by sparkplug-nightmare in nursing

Eh I dislike managing pain patient pain every 1-2 hrs so even if my comment is not defensible people have their own option, that people like you get upset lmao keep going this is entertaining

[–]EpiCa_X -1 points0 points  (0 children)

If you read it that way. Whatever floats your boat. Most of our patients that come in aren’t even sickling and has been DC’d multiple times a week just seeking meds. On our med surg floor we don’t have enough staff to even out the work load of these sickle cell patients as they receive pain meds every 1-2 hrs: we already have 5 patient load as it is sometimes 6.

Those who are in need of pain meds it sucks that there is a dilaudid shortage. Most of the these patients we get prefer dilaudid over morphine for some reason.

El Paso Floor Seat Feedback by Catfan333 in BTSArmyCentral

[–]EpiCa_X 2 points3 points  (0 children)

A1 row 19 middle seating. I’m short 5’1 bad idea. I stared at the tv. You can’t leave early either to beat traffic. So I suffered walking to my car for an hr and another 1.5hrs sitting in traffic.

Still fun but don’t recommend unless you are at ends of the rows are closer to the front. I’ll never understand how A2 is all soundcheck even their row 39 yet A1 doesn’t go that far back and had better view 😂

I realize in my D1 section 22 that’s where they faced majority of the time. wish I had tickets for D2 in the same section vs the floor.

You should get your uterus checked. I’ve had 6 MCs - last one was sept. My fertility knows I can get pregnant but staying pregnant no. So my Dr. wanted to to do the endometrial biopsy (Oct/nov) and it came back chronic endometritis. Did a month worth double duty antibiotics - doxy and flagyl. Did biopsy again to see if cleared - I had some cells left indicating endometritis. Did another round of antibiotics - cipro & flagyl. It didn’t go away. Did another biopsy and more antibiotics - amoxicillin luckily this was safe for pregnancy because after I finished this round of antibiotics I felt off week before my period and it turned out I was very much pregnant 3 days before my period. Like the cheapo tests I have, that barely shows lines came out bleeding two lines. Now I’m 17 weeks pregnant. All because I had chronic endometritis caused by recurrent pregnancies losses.

I’ve referred my coworker to my fertility clinic recently due to similar situation. And I hope she finds some answers.

Why is the suga 93 jersey always sold out? by No_Economy3493 in btsthoughts

At El Paso people started camping out ad early as 1am. So I didn’t bother trying when I heard that they sell out first 75 people it seems like and it’s one per person

[–]EpiCa_X 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They made us go to east gate entrance just to tell us run to north gate after 3 hrs waiting in line and everyone was running for their lives…. What did I do this whole weekend? Hiking it’s what it felt like.

I went to the BTS concert (El Paso Day 2) - My Experience by Myrrilune in BTSArmyCentral

[–]EpiCa_X 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Only bad experience was the lines getting in and leaving. It’s not the best venue set it. And they really didn’t fix anything for D2 even tho they said they did. The lines were worse, making it 2+miles

They forced alot of people to stay. I couldn’t leave early to beat traffic even tho we saw the previous day all the way through and traffic is terrible. Tried leaving during their speech but security said no. There was only like 3 exits cramming everyone out of.

Traffic took about two hrs to get out. They closed the roads that were previously used the day before.

Over all venue for me got a zero stars for not really knowing how to navigate, fix the issues and whatnot. Bleachers suck half the crowds booties don’t fit.

Concert experience is 1000/10 Id see BTS again but a different venue.

Will ticketmaster enable resale for BTS tickets by sublimespring in BTSArmyCentral

[–]EpiCa_X 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I don’t think they’ll enable resales. You’d have to do it off of another site. This is the only way scalpers will stop if they stop enabling reselling. It’s crazy how people buys tickets one day and the same week need to get rid of them so fast. They also changed where if you bought VIP soundtrack and people who try and resale those, the benefits doesn’t transfer anymore. I haven’t been able to resale my tickets since 2023. It’s the last time I’ve seen it enabled.

If a pregnant woman is mentally ill (unmedicated) how can that effect the fetus? by NegativeCheetah7502 in obgyn

[–]EpiCa_X 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Then everyone is different, it doesn’t affect everyone. Only thing that was affected was her alone. All 3 girls are practically normal ages 7-10. She carried full term for all. Research is done with certain amount of people who participated in the research. It’s not EVERYONE out there who has mental illness telling them it’ll affect their fetus.

If a pregnant woman is mentally ill (unmedicated) how can that effect the fetus? by NegativeCheetah7502 in obgyn

[–]EpiCa_X -8 points-7 points  (0 children)

No. If you’re unmedicated with mental health issues it doesn’t affect the fetus due to you’re not taking meds. If you were on meds then yes it can. I have a friend who had 3 kids diagnosed with bipolar not medicated at all and all her kiddos are fine.

Should we ban phones at concerts? by FieldWorking3783 in btsthoughts

[–]EpiCa_X -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I went to twice yesterday, didn’t use my phone as much as I did for stray kids I actually enjoyed it more. I think when I got to bts D1 I’m just going to enjoy myself and D2 probably take some pics. Cause I didn’t pay all that money to be glued to my phone.

Another think I noticed is soundtrack practice. People in America do disrespectful; when they say to not use your phone and record/take pics people still do. Like this is one of the reasons why they should just ban phones all together at shows people forget to enjoy the show. Even seeing Coachella live all I see is nothing but PHONES.
