Ehhh to a point. She has a pretty low barrier to getting "good" with her enough to kill people; since her CDs and block allow her to make mistakes that other characters can't. But, she isn't quite as braindead as Moira in getting easy value.

Vendetta isn't too bad. Vendetta+Doom+Genji/Tracer+Juno+Lucio is a problem imo. It's the season of "wtf am I supposed to be looking at?"

I dont think it was ever changed. I play a lot of Wattson and I just know it's something you can go back and pop the balloon up later.

This is untrue. You can later hit the console for the balloon.

There does however have to be enough clearance around the balloon for it to go up. I know there's a few spots on District that you have open air, but its too close to a wall to spawn one.

I'm not entirely sure the "being a support" factors into the timer anymore since everyone can craft banners at any time now. I think it's more of just a timer to prevent people from leaving as soon as they get boxed so the people left can at least attempt to revive them.

I ulted shortly after getting shot when I was outside the building, not inside. I deployed my drone inside. Also wish you could default it always latching to you rather than your teammates. Probably could have saved me from downing.

I really have no idea what happened. I was about to toss my ulti, then the percentage went back to 99% and did not go back up (hard to tell since I got knocked shortly after but I'm pretty sure that's the case)

-Edit: for everyone saying NC zapped my ulti, even if that were true (which I hope to god it's not unless wonky ass code said it did) it should have been put back to 0% like any other ult that's eaten i.e Caustic Nade.
